The only other thing I'd say is I don't base anything on what's gone before, the previous spikes, the previous lows, we are now in the year when supposedly it's all happening !!

Sentiment, sticky fingers, traders, shorts, the slicers - the dicers, the skimmers - the scalpers, and of course the MM's, they all play a huge part here, everyone has an agenda, everyone is trying to achieve their goal.

There is no right or no wrong only your way and you have to have a plan, sometimes you may have to tweak the plan, and nothing goes up in a straight line!

The only thing I will say is that with the Chairman holding such a large holding he must be very very confident !!

Maybe his Twitter account says it all ..

You could ask why didn't he keep it all for himself if he is so confident, well he obviously has released an amount to the open market so that enables & assists and allows for support, question is will he ever sell off any of his large holding or is he waiting for the big juicy offer !!

Yes agree regarding the risks as with any share, especially with those positioned in the oil & gas industry.

Have been in the industry since 1990 and have seen quite a few come and go in that time believe me.

In the last few years the market has seen quite a number get bought up or go into administration.

There is no guarantees with any share but I feel #WCAT could be worth the wait and serious investors could see real benefits.

No doubt it will take time and there will be ongoing challenges, nothing will be given on a plate, never works like that.

Actions speak louder than words so we will now see how this plays out throughout this year !!

Wildcat Petroleum looks to advance plans for oil production in Sudan

(Alliance News) - Wildcat Petroleum PLC on Friday said it is "back on track" with its plans to establish oil production in Sudan following unrest.

Wildcat Petroleum shares plummeted 24% to 0.28 pence each on Friday morning in London.

The Uxbridge, London-based investor in petroleum industry's upstream sector said the Sudanese Oil Ministry has indicated that it will sign a service agreement for the firm to increase oil production at the Bamboo oil field.

Wildcat said it has sent proposals on how it intends to proceed with the work programme, and is awaiting a decision from the ministry. It noted that it hopes to convert the service agreement into a production-sharing agreement once Sudan's political situation has settled.

The company added that it will pursue other "attractive opportunities" in neighbouring countries such as Chad, South Sudan, Niger, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Libya.

The firm also said its auditor, Shipleys LLP, has resigned, and added that it is engaging with a new auditing firm.

Wildcat said it will maintain its position that no blockchain activities or token offerings will take place before it has acquired an upstream oil and gas asset.

Lets look at the facts:-

Chairman owns majority of shares and will only release these to the market when or if he decides to and rightly so.

2024 we will be an oil producing company, we will be profitable, and we will be paying a dividend !!

Chairman has openly said he envisages #WCAT becoming the size of #TLW without the debt :-)))

I wouldn't want to be out of this period and for anyone that is trying to talk this down with an agenda good luck with that lol

Q1 - dotting the i's and crossing the t's

Q2 - actions rather than just words ..

MS stated that it takes 4-5 months for approval, this was submitted in September, so by the end of this month / start of next at the latest !!

This will give him time to work out the 'work program' and RNS accordingly.

I see at least two to three RNS's in the next few weeks ..

1. Appointment of new Auditor

2. Work Program

3. Official Government Approval

And of course the signed peace deal update!

This is why a peace deal will be signed and will happen SOON !!

I am 100% behind the Chairman, honestly believe he is a very sincere gentleman, which is a rarity in this day and age.

He can only release an official 'RNS' as he says once the decision is made on submitted work program !
