Probably because they knew when they released the last RNS that the price would eventually crash.

And so the offer they obtained from 'Morrisons' was as low as possible - maybe at most 4p !?

Perhaps to this way the current board maintains their jobs within the whole group!

I too have faith in a positive outcome.

However, I also have a very mixed portfolio including heavy shares in oil and gas which helps me recoup any losses should they arise, and they've been a couple since I started trading back in 2020.

My main investment is in Oil and gas as I've worked in this industry since 1995, pioneered my own supply company during the recession in 2009.

Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes you just have to be brave enough to go with your gut feeling, at the moment my gut says HOLD for gold, we shall see.
