It's that old scenario of once we are at it you think now should I take say 50% at 1p and leave the rest for the 3.7p, it'll be all about the choices we are facing once we are at that level - when being the word !!

This is such an easy share for them to pump from the lows of 0.0012, with news due on two assets they know when and how to pull in extra trades just for them to take their 5-10% every once in a while, and they do this when their other shares are down or lean, it's so predictable, and boring ..
