the Australian market will start absorbing the info tomorrow (our time) seeing as our RNS was midday-ish today? Trying to gauge whether this is likely to run tomorrow or even longer as still way down on old REM investment but don't want to miss out on recouping as many losses as I can.

Good interview but shame Andrew didn't ask GH what GGP will be aiming to do NEXT as far as their own drilling etc.

I wouldn't mind betting it will be Black Hills - just looking at and re-reading the info on the website it screams out, and especially as BH is 15km CLOSER to Telfer too. Maybe GGP will drill and start to prove up what's there, and Newcrest may want to consider further farm in / JV or even a buy out of the Paterson area IF BH drills prove really good too. if there's a big buy order in the background - MMs forced to take the sp down to hit all those stop losses in order to fill it. A lot of people will be disappointed to see their stop losses activated next time they log in and the price is back up again. Fantastic results and worth waiting for - those copper grades should hopefully create greater interest in the wider market, let alone the gold. Well done team GGP!

I too had my letter today from LSE as it happens. I also have a nominee account with x-o who are also run by Jarvis Investment Fund, so I was able to transfer from my LSE ISA direct into my X-O Nominee with no trouble at all. Thought I'd mention it in case it helps anyone else.

Thanks to YJ and Mole for last night's posts - reassuring, and I totally agree with giving the Frontera team time to fight/sort the court case before bombarding them with SH demands, as it's simply pointless and a waste of energy creating any more fuss before we know anything else for definite - throwing toys out of the pram is just likely to make those who do look stupid and as soon as you start arguing, you've already lost the battle.

It is very distressing that this has happened, but at the end of the day, we're all in this together, whether we like it or not. Sit tight and wait to hear, hopefully it won't be long, please Zaza. GLA

I thought the same Shaqutf, but having just re-read the RNS when he joined the team in Sept 17, it does state his experience for unlocking the potential - maybe he'd done that and with the likes of BP and BH sitting on the sidelines, felt he'd rather leave before the inevitable push? The way we're all feeling at the moment, this sort of news is bound to make us feel and think even more negatively, but there is the chance that for him, a better offer presented itself, especially as he has a young family and he's now working back in Houston where he lives. Fingers and toes crossed all the same ;)

Don't know if anyone thinks it'll be worthwhile, but it is possible to create an archive on LSE where we can all look back at any posts that have been deemed relevant to 'save'. It makes it much easier to look back through what's been said by respected posters. If anyone wants to set one up for GGP, you go to top of the page, hover on 'share chat' then go across and select 'mining and commodities' and then add it there. I've contributed previously to the FRR one, but haven't actually set one up, so assume that's how it's done. Just a thought.

Free - still showing on my investing.com portfolio - just that it shows 21/12 as last day of training and a hyphen in the volume column. Assume that once we're 'live' again, it'll be there to view like it was before. Just want to say thanks too, to all those who are remaining positive in the light of 'not knowing facts' - I/we are hopeful this is all in the name of a greater outcome and next time you read some of the rubbish that people are spouting, don't respond - it gives them satisfaction. No-one can do or say anything right now to make a difference, so let's just sit, wait and be patient. (whilst hoping we'll be popping champagne corks before toooooooo long!) GLA

My husband and I have XTR shares in both our individual nominee and ISA accounts, but they dwindled so greatly following the consolidation after Jan, that I fear they're not even worth having anymore, but if they can help, they total 36323. We invested £15K initially and now the ave price is between 11.72p and 83.6p per share across our accounts, so yes, we're pretty p****** off and agree that he clearly is not giving 10% let alone 100% effort to earn his salary. And before anyone says 'why don't/didn't you average down?' - because we couldn't see it getting any better under him and it seems we're right!

Hopefully we'll be seeing the full assay results for HAD0006 next week having checked through RNS's and a calendar - assuming the report of '2nd drill has commenced' on the 1st Oct RNS was accurate, and when compared to previous dates/RNS's for timings. I would love another fantastic week like this one, but can't help wondering why we haven't had a '2nd drill has finished and initial observations' type RNS for 06 like GH did for the 05 drill. I'm telling myself it's because they were all sooooo excited about what they'd seen in 05 that they wanted to see the full results before making assumptions about further core samples. Plus, I can't remember if any of the recent media interviews we've seen mentioned 06 drill completion - does anybody remember hearing anything? Have a great weekend everyone, see you Monday!

Well put daniel1son I, like everyone else, am so hopeful that this will be 'the one' that we've waited for for so long, and my gut says it is, but every now and then nerves cause doubt to surface and we second guess our decisions. I read all the posts on here (have a few filtered for sanity reasons!) and often think ' just wait, see what happens and let those in the know do the hard work that will reap the rewards'. Whoever the other major is, as your post says, if a deal is struck it will be positive to some degree or other - and those posters who are going through their wobbly moments need to remind themselves of that. Either that, or sell up and make peace with themselves. The best things are always worth waiting for, it's have the patience to do so that's difficult/ GLA
