Afternoon Ian, what are your thoughts on why EGM has been called 1.5 months before AGM happens and could have been voted on then.
Seems to me it need to be an option at the end of April, not saying it would be taken up then.
Not sure how long a special Div takes but imo we may see WK sold and special div to allow purchase of possible rights on the remaining Kola area development

DS will imo never be able to take all his rights, too much money.
As such it is either a clever way to raise the money and transfer lots of nil paid shares to someone. If that is the case why not just do what they did last y wit him placement

Personally hoping that those waiting on the side lines and shorts get stuck with their pants down. We have had 2 attempts (last 2 rns’s) third time lucky hopefully but who knows. Really matters not as it is all about the end for me.

In the last AGM points 8&9 were not past due to Covid. Now these are the same points to be voted on now in EGM.
Why now and not in next AGM in a couple of months? IMO smoke and mirrors and there will be more added to agenda/vote. Also may find out MD change etc.

IMO they can’t do a rights issue whilst FSP is going on
Firstly most large holders will not be able to afford all their rights
Secondly and more importantly how do the BOD buy their rights as they can not trade

Interesting also I read that they want to open up the airport and also have just upgraded the train route to the north, albeit not in our area.
