PGM forecast prices will be one of the small prints being ironed out.
Buying company will have valuation as x, EUA y and z being in between which is what the offer will be based on. Buying company will want z to be as close to x as possible and vice versa.
In fact if the PGM's had remained level for the last 9 months this will probably have been over 3 months ago IMO

I believe it shows UBS have sold 1.6m shares as CFD Long to a client who bought them IMO

Morning Jambo, out of interest what % of a days trades are MM's buying and selling to each other in your experience.
Just trying to get a handle on how many are 'true trades'
Watching the trades there are some that come in at what the ask and bid are (real trades), lots of small trades at full ask and bid (I believe them to be MM manipulation) and then lots in between that to me look like the MM's selling/buying to one another.

My view is that non-binding offers were probably in when the form 2.9 was released at the beginning of December. There must of been a reason they release the 2.9 form.
Delays as per RNS in January so I believe we are at the 3 month mark.

Thanks Tilly so all the 6,7 trades as buys and sells are the mm’s stalling the sp movement. Wonder why, they seem to happen at the moment when buying pressure builds quick 7 trade at ask then bid the ask and bid and rise is muted.

Under fsp rules they need to notify and changes. UBS as part of process and Blackrock because over 1%
UVS are disclosing client trades, so pi’s buying selling through them
Blackrock as I understand auto trade to keep to a given investments level as sp fluctuates

I believe it is a single trade as this site, the ut. Eua site seems to post multiple trades between 16:30 and 16:35 as ut is confirmed
Minus trade i believe is cancelling the lunch time trade posted by Travis, the other 2 I believe replaced it but is the same volume when added together
