Binding offers may be in (potentially weeks ago) and we are in ‘negotiation stage’

A higher sp does come with its own dilemmas though albeit nicer ones.
SP is a double edge sword and yes if it doubled and you sold you would be delighted, but what if the sale went through the next day at more than a pound, the delight would change to if only’s!

IMO all the info we are getting is old news, 1-2 weeks delayed anyway. The passing of GF was nearly a week late
Even the offer will be a few days late from when it was signed IMO if we get one.
Take
