Isn't this the case where AF is contesting being made passively responsible for Dev/Zamin's labour debts and arguing against any fraud in succession from AF to Zamin.

Apologies @Obs. My understanding was wrong. You are correct. The 60 days quote (end of page 3) was indeed a reference to the old judgement.
The only reference with regards to the finalisation of agreement is that the JA is still waiting for finalised agreement. (Page 6).
@olderandwiser - I think it is to do with how they are paid as per the court ruling. It could just be one bank. They may have had a hidden agenda given the attempt by Jindal group the cut in last year.
@obs - my interpretation was a bit different. The banks have maximum of 60 days to reach a consensus on the payment plan or they need to execute their guarantee. Old ruling renewed I guess. Of course they may not need 60 days. Could happen any time within that period. They may have known what is coming weeks ahead as the trial has been ongoing for a while.
