Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
It makes you wonder at what point does GC and LJ sit down and actually realise the fact that something tangible needs to be provided in op updates for the SP to rise. They never learn.
Last proactive interview is well worth a watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fIkXB2Yxm0&t=25s 'we basically could end up processing the lithium and getting almost free materials from the tantalum' what a statement.
Why do you think there is a placement coming? There is sufficient cash in bank.
there's your answer. Tracarta RNS.
A good rise this morning, hopefully soon back to the mid 4p level where it deserves to be in the medium term. Fingers crossed it is a sustained rise and not just being manipulated by mmers.
This is a long-term play. Currently sitting on a loss of 50% but I do not mind. The company is producing revenue, upgrading its capabilities and preparing for full production. Nothing has changed other than the share price. The other strategy is *close your eyes and come back in a year*.
Thanks gmed thats a really interesting link. The whole sample thing lines up a few potential questions for me: 1) Is this company that we are delivering to really a 'customer' if we are just providing samples. Surely they are still a 'prospective' customer then?' 2) Are there taxation benefits to providing samples instead of 'production run deliveries' From what I read on the PWC document, a criterion for production is 'mineral recoveries at or near expected levels.' Whilst LJ has been continuously shouting from the roof about how good the quality is, not much has been said about the quantity which makes me wonder if we are still a way off from achieving the desired amount required for commercial production. Possibly the water issue needs to be resolved before we ramp up to commercial production too? I know a number of posters here have commented on this and production quantity from what I understand has been omitted from past RNS's with reference only being made to 'deliveries.' This is very interesting IMO.
Anyone know if there is a sample limit before they have to declare the mine in commercial production?
2.4p now. LJ played all his hand with the results and update. The only thing now is the JORC to hopefully stop this drop.
Is this one of the worst shares in terms of performance on AIM? We must be right up there with UKOG now. Amazing to see how I have just lost 50% of my holding value in a matter of weeks. Frustrated!...
I remember LJ in his first proactive interview saying 'its all about the shareholders when you're a publicly listed company.' He doesnt seem to be keeping to those wise words of advice!
Please don't stop posting RH. The last thing we need is good posters leaving and the bipolarity crew setting in
Why would KZG need a placement so soon after the 2017 shipments?
Just remember folks - its a business and not an instant cash cow. This is a very volatile share and those of us that are in for the long haul will gain the most. Re-examining the facts - damn good CEO with a strong track record and developed client links, turned the company around to now be cash generating and selling the highest quality product on the market to an end user. New website, positive name change and strong media presentations from LJ point to this being a winner. It's not a question of if, its a question of when this company moves to the 'next level' so to speak.
As a Joke - it would be great if LJ posts a photo of himself with a massive **** off grin stood on top of a mountain of lithium
Yes I understand that but it seems strange not to do this before the markets open... It's not exactly bad news... Sorry for the cynicism
Talking of the name change!... Seems weird to issue an after hours RNS though. Why not issue it at 9:00am?
When does everyone think this will finally take place? Start of April?
Whilst I do agree that whilst the lack of information on shipments in 2017 and future shipments are disappointing, I did actually take away some interesting points. Mainly that it looks quite evident that a new acquisition in Namibia is looking increasingly likely after the name change. Also its still very much game on with the new potential customers, which to me is reassuring that the talks haven't simply fizzled out.
Random notes from the horses mouth: New website to go with the new name, 4 shipments definitely made, met with the two new potential customers in London (both been on site and completed full audits. "very excited".) "total mineralisation" "not ignoring lithium(?)" "phasing in of discussion points relating to JORC in RNS's later to come." Met with the current customer also in London. Hints of new acquisitions in Namibia? Also ongoing discussions internationally. Seeking to look at lots of different commodities. Any new acquisition is likely to be a smaller startup. Also started a football and netball program at the mine and fixed the wifi! (Wooot)
