I’ve just done a dummy trade and can sell a million at 1.78 so someone must be wanting to buy I’d have thought, so if u are selling at this price then good luck to u as maybe there is a buyer to the fore and they do say timing is everything ... we could do with a buyer right now that is for sure .. with 8 million still in the bank is a big comfort at times like these Gla

U may well be right Kev but I have to say that virtually all the articles, broker and analysts reports that I’ve read over the past few months all indicate the opposite, and that includes the ones from Glencore Kitco and Deutshe Bank to name but 3....altho as we all know it’s not what any of us think or what those authors think it’s what the market forces think which probably explains why I’m at a total loss to understand how the market cap here drops by 26 million yet we are much further derisked than we were a month ago...weird ..point being no body knows do they really altho ur right it could go the other way and if it does I for one will have a long wait on my hands.. so on this one I’m hoping ur totally wrong fella ...but a good weekend to u and all invested here all the same .Maybe some news next week ?

I know there is a general sell off but in hindsight ... releasing that FS outside of numerous timescales and without that crucial data hopefully contained in the upcoming PEA has been a disaster there’s no doubt about that ..the director buys were a gesture but no more as the total sum purchased doesn’t even reach my own holding and there were 7 individual buys I think there was ...the big plus is that we know what we have here and whilst I know it’s a bargain at what is a crazy price but what with the continual selling it’s anyones guess as to where it could end up ... I’d never have believed it ..

I just hope the BOD are pulling out all the stops to get these 2 news items resolved FAF ... I’m sure they are as we desperately need something to stem the tide ..but the reality is it isn’t just Hzm there’s loads of other shares out there seeing a 50% drop over the past few weeks and the tumbling nickel price hasn’t helped one bit ...as Steven keeps pointing out .. that said a breakthrough in the trade dispute or any hint of the Fed relaxing their interest rate policy could quickly turn things around here at any point which is why keeping the faith is a very worthwhile option imho GLA

Good post fella ..yes I agree Jezzer has proved himself to be a shrewd operator even if his timescale predictions are not as timely as they should be but I genuinely believe he strikes a decent balance between his looking after all his shareholders as opposed to just the bigger stakeholders ...but I have to say I like the CEO having a meaty stake in the company hes running as I think it does make a difference... Take Ivan Glasenburg the CEO of Glencore he’s the 2nd biggest shareholder and pays himself a pittance salary wise in comparison to his peers but makes up for it in dividends .. his salary 1.5 million I think it was ...but got a 92 million dividend on his shareholding ... nice ... point being it’s in his interests to look after everyone when ur nuts deep urself ... 750k isn’t a lot in truth but it’s a statement and a timely one at that so it’s a positive step in the right direction and just what we needed right now ... it would be good to see it continue whether it be him or the other remaining directors as it’s made a big difference to sentiment which was desperately needed... onwards and upwards GLA

How all that buying activity this morning and yet it seems such a wrench for the mms to move the price upwards ...far more inclined to go in the other direction in the event of the same number of sells I might add ...but that’s why a 50% drop needs a 100% rise ..but at least it’s a start of the fight back hopefully .. come onnnn GLA

I’m not sure about that but it’s good to see another director buy and I’d like to think a lot more will follow ..reality is it’s like that 6 million sale the other day -its hard to assume they’ve made any money on that and 3 weeks ago it would have been worth almost twice as much ..another £127k ffs ...so if u’d seen ur money drop by that much it takes a lot of faith to keep ur nerve when u’ve seen a 50% drop on not very much in truth .. the lack of TR1 ‘s still suggest to me it’s probably Pi’s bailing out which is why continuing director buys will hopefully inject much needed reassurance in the short term whilst we await the PEA on Araguaia and final permit news which should help the sp to recover much of its losses me hopes GLA

Morning all yes the same thought did cross my mind altho with 7 Big investors incl Teck Glen and JpMorgan I then thought none of them would be too keen to allow this to go at anything other than fair value which is far higher than where we are now as that kitco report highlights, there will be a huge imbalance on the supply and demand with nickel some time fairly soon and when that happens with2 tier 1 assets ...it’s like sitting on ur own gold mine ffs ...the small director buy is a welcome start but it needs much more than that to change the sentiment here after a 50% fall in the sp so u wud think this wud be a great time for Jezzer and the boys to make a statement along of course with a mint PEA highlighting much improved economics to give it a real welcome boost ... that all said my faith is retained in all things Hzm as nothing has changed fundamentally and been totally oversold imho ... but time will tell on that one I guess ..a good day to all

Morning all ,well it’s been a tough spell this from a year high at 5.13 to 2.28 who’d have thought that ? Not me 4 sure like many have said we have 2 tier 1assets here and lots of news still to come we also have some big players on board with Teck and Glen and that’s pretty reassuring as well as opening up other possibilities as well .. the nickel price is a factor but Martina is right in that so many people look at the state of play in the uk re the EV revolution but it’s a tiny tiny player in the bigger picture when compared to say China and what’s happening there take the Silk Road project and the new super City they’re building and just think how much they’re spending on infrastructure and the biggest factor of all their commitment to cleaner greener energy it’s frightening but great news for us as they’re totally dependant on copper and nickel to source it all so at some point the tide will turn and when it does we should be set fair ... the dilemma for me is I’ve sunk a lot in here and had a decent average til 2 weeks ago but still well over 3p and altho I have kept buying it’s hard watching it tumble... but for any one coming in now it has to be Warren Buffett classic in that right now it’s raining gold and when it does .. u get ur bucket out not ur thimble ... problem is my buckets got a hole in it at the minute .. lol ...so I just hope news comes this week and for me jezzer and the board all retain my full support altho I do agree given where we are I think a few director buys would not go amiss, particularly as I note that his last public buy was back in 2014 ...anyway a good weekend to all and onwards and upwards hopefully fellas

It does depend on the nickel price fella I agree totally but had that last FS contained double the annual production figures of circa 28000 tons of nickel from having 2 kilns going instead of the 14000 tons with one kiln going I still don’t think we would be in this position now but that’s just my opinion and maybe I’m talking thru my ass but that’s how I’ve seen it so when the PEA comes out which should contain those numbers I reckon the landscape will be entirely different especially if the nickel price does see any improvement b4 then.. Totally agree Q but that explanation he’s put forward makes sense as to why many sold out and I’m sure the 2nd kiln figures would have been in the FS had they been able to do it in the timescales ,but they couldn’t ,which makes the PEA a key milestone for me now ...as it should improve the numbers a lot .. the disappointing aspect is that the current sp now needs to increase by almost 70% from where it is now to get back even to 4p ...which is incredulous given where we really are at this juncture GLA

I agree it’s hard not to think it’s an II involved it’s like today why are people or the II off loading after what’s come out since the FS and a share price almost 35-40% lower than it was on Monday ? Clearly they have no belief here and in what’s being said ...for whatever reason It’s an interesting question u ask as to which Pi’s are selling .. I don’t know but I do know a few PI’s have filled their sipps with Hzm shares to the tune of up to 15-20 million -poss more &I’m also pretty sure a lot of other pi’s have holdings well into the millions .. Take Solg now around 40p what is often overlooked elsewhere is that many people loaded up big time at 2/3p and look at them now - worth a bleeding fortune they are so well done them and for keeping the faith ... I’ve been in this game a long time now and often read how many lth’s have said they will never sell this share or that share but then all of a sudden at times like these sell out or radically reduce and I get that as circumstances change ..so prob why u shud never say never - I’ve also read some truly knowledgeable and insightful posters on all the boards over the years blowing smoke up a shares Ass for ages saying &making all the right noises and then out of nowhere reveal they’ve been reducing big time or even selling out at what seemed to be a major turning point and then shortly after many others admitted likewise -making me also realise that was what prob was causing the price to keep dropping as anything else .. so nothing surprises me anymore and nor should it ..the market is a jungle So in the absence of any Tr1s that I’m aware of after such huge volumes i reckon a fair proportion of the recent selling is therefore probably down to PI’s off loading and those that did at 3.50 were very wise to do so in hindsight .. altho I’m not one of them ..one final thing the activity yesterday afternoon suggested the selling wud continue but why ? I just don’t get it obviously ..but each to their own

Yes spot on ..it should have been in the FS that’s why it got delayed in the first place to build the 2nd kiln into the numbers or so I thought so whilst it’s in there its still relying on the PEA to produce the numbers which in hindsight would have avoided the disaster we’ve seen the past 2 days but that’s gone now and we can’t change it but the PEA now becomes a must have as that should markedly improve the IRR and capex payback pretty dramatically I’d have thought with double the output .. as for raising finance yes it ain’t gonna be easy but with the likes of Teck and Glen on board , a tier 1 highly prized asset , and with the right set of attractive and robust figures it should be able to prove up Very soon hopefully I’d be very surprised if they didn’t get it tbh ... but time will tell as always

As I said yesterday I think the FS was pretty much bob on but have to say I was expecting the economics to show the impact of introducing a 2nd rotary kiln within it and I’m sure at some point that was JM s intention but had he done so then the timelines would have ended up being protracted probably to Dec b4 and given it was already well overdue from previous communiques he / the board felt it necessary to release it now ...without it being included ...but stating a PEA would follow by year end which would include the detail .. which sounds fair enough but the IRR is a key line and much is made of it and we’ve been severely punished . I agree totally with Hedgemans take that this is all about scale ability and JM was right to be bullish but I bet he didn’t see this coming even though he prob knew deep down the waters would be choppy until the PEA arrived and made the numbers far more compelling than what they are right now ...it’s a testing time but I’m sure we will pull thru GLA

Good posts fella -altho the Reuter’s summary is probably a reasonable synopsis of why the sp reacted how it did yesterday as when compared to the pfs I get fully ,that there were some differences in the key metrics which are indisputable ...but like most things the article doesn’t tell the whole story does it ? but could I have envisaged what’s happened today ? er wtf no ...so I think it’s down the igloo for me for a couple of months ... unbelievable Jeff !!

Ffs x 2 even ...as for me the FS is a solid well constructed and Uber positive document which outlines the huge potential this project has not even accounting for vermelho but am I totally surprised by the reaction ? No the market is a law to itself ... we all know that ..despite the short term kick in the nuts I’m still a buyer as it’s still a no brainer for me more so now I’ve seen the FS and how much value the future holds for nickel ..so I may be going slightly mad who knows but I’m completely sold on the true value of this will outing itself sometime soon hopefully .. I just don’t know when that’s my only problem lol GLA

U make some good points fella and the current sp going into this phase will be to most people of us a major blow altho I admit it has enabled me to significantly average down by capitalising on the bigger dips over these last few months ...but it’s hard to disagree with much of what u say at this juncture altho that’s without knowing the findings of the FS and what other news awaits us in the aftermath of it being published ... my other thought being that JM and the board have been in this game a long time now so I’m pretty sure that they would have known all about Lombard selling and as such I would have thought that they would have had some kinda contingency plan on the back of it but like most things only time will tell .. what is indisputable though is that any one buying in these last few months have got themselves a bargain entry price so any one in that scenario should be lauding LO as I’m sure it would be a lot higher had it not been for them ...(re the LO selling .. I thought I read they had acquired lots of shares at 2.5p so even selling out at current prices earns them a decent return strange as their timing may be ) anyway we can’t change what’s happened so let’s hope Monday is the start of a new dawn & the contents of the FS are as exciting as they’ve been portrayed ...Exciting times me hopes GL and a great weekend to all invested here

The one thing u can sometimes detect from Rns ‘s or Tweets in this case is the wording used to introduce them and to keep repeating the word excited or a variation thereof says to me that the board genuinely believe they’re onto a very good thing here .. and I think it’s fair to say that they think the news that’s going to break is hopefully going to excite others and the market hopefully in a similar way ... it’s been pretty clear they have been working hard on a series of developments both at Araguaia and Vermelho whilst compiling this FS and it’s fair to say that along the journey they’ve dropped a number of subtle hints that there could be some really encouraging breakthroughs in a multitude of areas so whilst I don’t want to tempt fate I can’t see them using the type of terminology without good reason ... I did think the sp would be a lot higher than this tbh but I truly believe this will be a bit of a game changer and irrespective of what happens to the sp short term I’m thinking this share will be a multi bagger b4 too long particularly if the FS is synonymous with the wording used to pre empt it ... not long now fellas GLA

I think that was a smart move myself as clearly it’s the back end of the timeline and the longer it goes on the more the conspiracy theories appear and the not knowing uncertainty defo spooks people and I get that ... but from the tweets and the upbeat tone of the Rns and earlier communiques and also bearing in mind it will be synchronised with a new updated investor presentation I can only think it will be good news ... yes I know I want it to be good news and have a vested interest in it like anybody else .. but why anybody would be selling at this point has me totally bamboozled I have to say ..but maybe it’s just me ... anyway have a good day fellas and roll on Monday GLA
