Yes excellent news this is getting like the coiled spring of shares as it really beggars belief that we are still at this price ... look I accept a gap may need to be filled but bottom line is the current valuation almost beggars belief given the range of possibilities for M&A and the multitude of pluses surrounding the Nickel factor whether it be price , supply disruption , Lme stock levels and then add in the rapid progress being made by the Nickel users who are bringing forward their future plans by the day ... look I accept there are other companies right now with possibly even better economics that Hzm even ,but at 4p and a market cap of 55million with 2 tier 1 assets 3m tons of nickel between them one of them all ready to go and an in ground value of 50 billion ... to me at least theres a huge disconnect there so that is one gap that should be filled imho ...but time will tell as always .. A couple of weeks since the Pfs now on V and usually a month or so after that’s rekeased is a favourable time for an offer so fingers crossed one comes in and that valuation gap would get filled very quickly I reckon ... aimho as always GLA

I realise I don’t know anything but I reckon that that finance deal is somewhat equivalent to raising 700k at 3p which put like that is a pretty good shout imho , so well done ACP ,smart move at this time in the proceedings ... best economics on aim for sure

U are completely wrong u clearly don’t get it do u ... I’ve simply repeated what the nay sayers have been saying about this project despite all the recent updates saying the total opposite ... I’m heavily invested here probably more than u in fact but I like u , do not comprehend that as each step is completed they simply won’t have it ..but like I said each to his/her own ... do what u like son as u clearly know Jack

Some more Great news , I do find it difficult to comprehend the nay sayers reluctance to see the merits of this current project and it’s incredible economics , despite all that’s gone b4 ,but each to his own as always .. exciting times here very soon

Here is the perfect opportunity for those in any doubt to ask Matt Bull as to whether there is actually a resource down there or whether it’s all an illusion along with its high purity graphite levels or have they just made it up and the scoping study however long ago it was , was in fact compiled by a host of conmen purporting to be suitably qualified geologists and the like as presumably all those shady dudes are right now ,compiling the DFS due in Dec but is it really ?
On that very subject they cud also ask him if it’s imperative here to fund the cost of a stage 4 BFS before any body in their right mind is likely to invest in this project given it’s a total charade where at the last minute all the board will wait for the share price to get a bit higher and then forfeit their positions to a new set of directors thereby not having to declare their share sale and ripping off the rest of the shareholders especially Us pi’s .

Spot on westie lad I’ve just got in and seen 15 trades from 3 o’clock all buys judging by the bid /offers the last being 500k and yet it stands still altho had they all been sells we all know what would have happened . There are some crazy valuations around atm not just with this share but a fair few others to boot so we are not on our own & it is frustrating but our time will come, bottom line is it’s all about patience as something could hapo

I see the total figure is now just 87k but even more noticeable the cancelled warrants are currently standing at 59k leaving just 28k in live warrants ..I’ve not seen it that low for a very long time .. so I can’t see nickel staying at this level for too much longer especially with the Indonesian ban being literally weeks away. GLA

Morning all, I agree westie , being invested in Hzm right now gives lots of people many different investment perspectives given it’s overall qualities & where the future is heading .
See I cud go either way ,as I think they do want to take Araguaia forward if they can and yet they know they still have V in their pocket to do a whole range of options with ... but that 30 million now gives JM the breathing space to know he can keep the lights on for quite some time and just watch it all unfurl . See short term its all about finance news now for Araguaia but I’m not too sure that’s imminent as it stands right now ...I hope it is obviously , but from that proactive I/v it’s also clear that the next steps for V are engineering , pilot test work and licensing ,all necessary items but no big share drivers either ...
the big plus however is that given what treasures we hold is that a bid , a stake build, a strategic partner or a JV option could happen at any time ...the latter 2 perhaps even more so ,now tgat the Pfs has been issued and with the Ev revolution moving rapidly .
So that’s the call anyone selling has to make ..tbh I’m not sure the sp will flourish much without further finance news myself ,but like u I harbour hopes that surely one of the big majors must make a move on this at some point soon ... if they do it changes everything and that’s why however tempting it is for me to move some of my money elsewhere .. it’s not a risk I want to take as the current market value is laughable given what we have b4 us .. it says much about where the market is when a stonking PFS and confirmation of 25 million dollars sends the sp backwards ... unbelievable Jeff but interesting times all the same GLA

Yep.. spot on EB as always ..it’s totally illogical ... just go back 12 moths almost to the day in fact -b4 the FS on Araguaia came out b4 the improved 2nd case RKF scenario was released ,b4 we had the mining license or power update , b4 the 3rd resource revelation , b4 the Orion financing news b4 the vermelho Pfs valuing the total NPV of both projects at 2.5 billion , b4 nickel was anything like these current levels ,b4 nickel inventories were at 5 year lows and b4 we had just received 25 million dollars in cash ... upfront ...
yet the share price then -was the same as it is right now 4p ...
Buy on the dips as they say ... so I have ...and whilst I didn’t truly think we would revisit sub 4p i have to say well done joey/geng for calling it right ..so fair play to u guys

I agree bloodshot but today’s events simply prove u just cannot poss prejudge the market as it’s a law entirely of its own making and confirms the old adage there are those who don’t know and there are those that don’t know ..they don’t know haha ... Yes good point Dave although raising 3-4 billion and digging an underground tunnel 25 miles long is a rather different case to this where the product is near surface ... in the former case I would prob want 2 Bfs’ s a ballon and a whizzer b4 I’d lend any money but my point is this is a totally different scenario and hence why I’ve asked the question of the supposed experts who know all the answers with regard to such matters ... I think fwiw we will get the finance but as I’ve already been told I know FA so that means diddly squat

Can one of the professional investors on here categorically confirm for me that a bankable feasible study as opposed to a Definitive feasibility study would be a pre -requisite before being able to acquire the necessary finance for this project which has an estimated capex of Circa 35 million dollars ...Notwithstanding what appear to be ,one of the best set of economics that I’ve probably seen in my 20 + years of investing ...& working on the principle it is all fact and not fiction obviously !
As clearly ,if this was the case ,the points made by Mr Bond & Mr Mizo previously as to how it will be funded is a fair ask given the chequered history of this company ..I guess thanks

Tbh whatever happens to the shareprice either today tomoz or even in the next couple of weeks is not that relevant in the bigger picture as most on here appreciate a Pfs is just step 2 in a step 3 or 4 process depending on whether a DFS or BFS is pursued and that’s a little way off yet admittedly ..but what it does do is it strengthens our hand and potentially shows we have combined npv assets of 2.5 billion and a pretty low cost operation in global terms so I’m pretty sure somebody somewhere at sometime soon is going to want a big slice of that and when they do ..I doubt we will be at 4.4p ...for too much longer but aimho of course

Just take stock of this a minute ... the Pfs has just announced vermelho has an npv of 1.7 billion using a conservative nickel price imho and no value is attached to this in the current sp ... honestly it’s unbelievable far beyond what I was initially expecting no wonder Jezzer was so smug looking in that crux I/v ... start the car son

Fair enough fella .. no offence intended ... professional investor or otherwise I do know that Walkabout Resources followed virtually the same path as Acp are doing right now ...and their share price multi bagged on a lower quality offering and yet I see they only produced a stage 3 DFS as opposed to a stage 4 BFS and they’ve done more than alright .
U clearly have ur own opinions however, that this will be a bag of spanner’s come what may ..and I respect that so case closed this end. GL all the same

Morning fella hope ur good , and the longer I’ve been invested here the more I realise this company has caused many folk on here to understandably feel well peeved with what’s happened and ur erring of caution is no bad thing as nothing has been achieved as yet and until it does I never say never however whilst I’m no mining expert I have considered the Bankable study to be the same as the Definitive study as highlighted by this definition
A definitive feasibility study (DFS), or bankable quality study, based on the best alternative identified in the preliminary feasibility study, and suitable as a basis for detailed design and construction. The definitive feasibility study will be based on indicated and measured mineral resources. Mining and process costs will be estimated to a level accuracy between 10% to 15%

But hey we are all entitled to our opinion and as I’ve said a few times b4 I just hope this time all u guys who have been royally shafted get some decent rewards for ur patience loyalty and utter frustration over the past few years ..Time will tell as always but all the best GLA
