It will work , engineering is workable and technologies acceptable.
It's already working it's a new technology in a old system.
Further more most of my family are engineer tool makers factory owners .
My dad was a part of the start of tube and fins heat exchangers now you have all systems including radiators.
They don't built suitable factories for this technology of waste plastic to Hydrogen for nothing.
Japan is a leader .
