• Public waste management policies are encouraging alternative waste treatment

techniques. Powerhouse’s DMG technology offers a financially compelling alternative to the charges incurred for non-recyclable wastes including plastics

to go into landfill or the incineration market.

High returns

• Management has made significant progress in commercialising the technology and containing the likely level of capital required to bring a site to development.

The associated cost on a site with existing infrastructure is now estimated to be around £32m which we believe will bring expected internal rate of return (IRR) estimates closer to 20%.

If project funding is secured for an indicative 40 tonne per day unit, we see the combined electricity, hydrogen and waste processing fees generating revenues in excess of £11m. The anticipated cost structure should facilitate an EBITDA

margin around 65%,implying a ROCE of 19.7%.

We model the future cash flows from a 40 tonne per day unit on a 25 year useful economic life basis with no terminal value. A WACC of 14% yields a net present value calculation of £13m, equivalent to 45% of the Group’s current market capitalisation.

Powerhouse has a strong pipeline of opportunities including an existing project with National Hydrogen of Australia, where the front end engineering work has

now been completed, and multiple other leads. In our view the rest of the pipeline is materially undervalued in the current share price.

Some points taken , it will all fall into place with our first 40T order ,,,, valuations of the company and the sp will ROCKET ...

I doubt we will have news strong enough to make big gains with the whites holdings close to 3 million pounds to sell !

High Aim , I opend a sipp due to this fact of my kids 32, 28 , both doing well but cannot afford house in Cornwall, so I will build up some funds in sipp which will help them if my stock choices are good !!

I'm selling up moving to murcia due to weather it will cost for our health cover , health is wealth ,,, i do have a lot in my property to help.

I sold at 44p not long back on presumptions and now we have few warrants a lot of cash in bank and lots of minerals and a portfolio of aggressive Buying .
