I think financial close will come sooner than later with the new bod and ceo proving them selves..
But its like a never ending story with the start of footing and build at cheshire , now the 2 contractors have to re evaluate the cost of the materials , time scales of order .
Then and only then phe will chose the contractor , it seems like a long process but this can be completed very quickly.
Costs costs then financial close !! Unless the polish billionaire steps up or some one else.

Hui have the same situations, contractor loan or investors build...
