The change in ownership was effective as of Monday, with the company being notified the following day.

The notification, a standard TR-1 form, indicates that Jones acquired additional voting rights that led to an increase in his total position from a previous 12.04% to the current 13.46%. The total number of voting rights he holds in Vast Resources PLC now stands at 51,217,551.

62.5k is not to be treated lightly , there is 1 more trade in red.

Hi Tony they could be either buy or sell but because they were large amounts they are more likely to be buys.

There orders placed to be filled and mms are crafty so publish out of trade hours .

So in trading hours the computer produces I don't know attitude on a tight spread.
