Again forgive my naivety but surely if CB is negotiating on several projects simultaneously having a very strong bank balance must strengthen his hand…….large powerful Companies do like to Bully “minnows” like us given the slightest hint of financial frailty and will discount offers accordingly.

His stated aim is to sell … this placing adds muscle to GLR’s position and will allow us time to negotiate better deals
