Copshaw I saw an interview last December with Adrian Beeston one of the directors and he said they were not going to mess around with this RTO - they usually take 3-6 months but can take much longer!, but I think SILF will hopefully take less time, so possibly in March - that will be pushing it though.

From what I have read LIME are not a life insurance company but have a method of allowing a private individual to go through the process of getting LI without a broker over the web, and this avoids all the red tape etc. So I presume this will be marketed at insurance companies as a cost saving method - obviously it won't suit everyone but I think they want to access 3rd world countries where life cover is limited. The market for anything deliverable by smart phone in places like Africa and parts of Asia is huge. As to market cap after the RTO (if successful) I have no idea as there is no information available - should be a decent rise from here. I think the idea is to hold for a year or so - every contract gain will have an immediate effect on the s/p. It really is guesswork at the moment.

feeling this one will happen relatively quickly - I suppose it depends on how much work has been done already - the BoD are experienced in this type of deal. We should get some info in the near term, so let's wait and see.

no dilution - I meant in cash terms with a placing in the market - obviously shares will be issued! - but there should be a good increase in value of the shares when/if the deal is done.

Could be short or a longer suspension if they are going to RTO a company, it could be a few months - (I was in Brady when it was suspended for a year and the RTO failed!!!). The management are experienced here so at the end of it there should be a decent rise in the s/p after the deal, providing it's a good one that is.

the process has been gone through that there will be anything left for shareholders. We will have to wait and see. I presume Calunius will take the $10.2 mil - depending on the arrangement. Whether or not the other assets of the company can be liquidated for cash we will have to wait and see. I hope for all our sakes this will not be a total loss. I have written it off though, any return is a bonus for me.

I agree scotty - it's over for Oxus - I didn't think there is much justice in the world - this just adds to that feeling! I feel sorry for all that have lost - especially RS as he has put so much into this court case - well it's been his life for the last 6 years and all for nothing.

I should have said if RAB drip feed = around 2.5 million a week. Hopefully it will be resolved in the next few weeks and we will all get a decent return.

a lower share price - so they will drip feed over the coming months (it's only just over a million a week) - the result is due soon anyway, isn't it? Them selling may have a bigger effect if the result is good i.e. OXS win, they may dump the shares then!

adam - I am aware of the previous statement - and I still believe he had good reason for making the VNF statement especially after the 2014 error. I agree VNF is open ended and it is coming to the end of the VNF (IMO), but I have faith in RS, and I still believe he has had some information to allow wording like that to be made - so as always we will see what happens.
