Just looking in - not much has changed - I really cannot understand why ORE carries on like this. I am not sure who owns the shares but as you LTH advised me its not going anywhere. I was totally disappointed with the way CB has conducted himself and will not bother investing in his companies again - once bitten twice shy!. As you told me this BoD is completely useless - they should pay back their remuneration for the past 5 years as all they have done is dilute shareholders - god knows how they keep raising money - there are plenty of worthier causes. Anyway you guys have my best wishes and good luck - though divine intervention may be more useful.

Newtoallthis - I have been invested in a few company's pursuing RTO's and as you say if the RTO fails they will have to resume share trading - the fact this may cause a sell off will not prevent this - AIM rules state that there should be a free and open market in a company's shares. I therefore presume as stated in the RNS they are pursuing other options at the moment or the shares will not remain suspended. Of course there is no guarantee they will find a suitable RTO target and we could go on for another few months in suspension and still end up with no RTO. These are the risks of investing in this type of company. We don't actually know how long they have been in talks with other companies - they could be at an advanced stage (or not) - anyway not much we can do at the moment is there!

Hi Eric - I did try to explain at the time of the placing (though my view was KB'd) the way the company handling the recent placing works is that they take the placing and sell on the shs at a higher price to their (many) clients - which is good in a way as the s/p does not drop on the placing. You wont get a holding RNS as it is many individual PI 's. However ORE has to add value to justify the dilution, as longer term that will obviously govern the share price. I hope that the BoD manage this - not wanting to be negative but you did warn me on mass - so good luck with that.

Wressmycase I was once like you, positive, held more shs than all the directors apart from one, but spend 6 months in ORE and you will join the dark side, believe me - listen to the teaching of the sith Lord Disco Dave, or better still look how crap the BoD have been. I thought CB would have done something for his huge salary when he became CEO - I have to admit I was wrong. I hoped CB would get a project to generate cash in the near term but after 6 months, he passed off another early stage cash hungry project from one of his other companies, which is of no use to ORE. Sorry to post in such a negative way and I wish you good luck, you never know on AIM, it could come good, but ORE needs a new BoD who actually do something to justify their remuneration for that to happen IMO.

cash2 - I said nothing to disagree with - when a company suspends to try an RTO it will come out of suspension when either the RTO is successful or when it's not - it won't come out of suspension if the RTO is still being worked on - the usual time span is 6-9 months - I was saying we could find out soon.

I hope it's before November - I think we could find out soon if the RTO is to go ahead, 7 months now the time is nigh!

Well they are really going to leak it on twitter if the deal is off aren't they! - Any idiot can post anything on that - if the deal was off we would/will get an RNS. 6-7 months is within the normal timescale for an RTO. It could obviously not go ahead but I seriously doubt we will hear about it on twitter first either way!

No news is not necessarily bad news - I have held shs in RTO's before you tend not to get much info until the deal is done or not - so wouldn't worry - not much you can do about it anyway is there!

ADL RTO has nothing to do with SILF it's in the oil/gas sector - not surprising they struggled at the moment - I have been in a few RTO's and you don't usually get anything till the deal is done (or not). So chill expecting good news soon and end of suspension with a nice RTO, and a good share price on re submission to the market - the directors have experience and I am confident. GLA
