gods as I see it it was either payback for the individuals/institutions involved in the RTO or they couldn't get a decent placing price - IMO the former - but maybe someone who has been invested longer can let us know?

Well Moonglow if the placees weren't PI's I am sort of happier - it will be over quickly - you often see this before news - let's hope so!

Setanta - well as I stated I am new to this but yes that placing looks like a howler or was it a sweetener fo the backers? Anyway it got hammered today and there will be many who bought in recently down now (inc. me!) I hope the selling will end soon but if they all flip it could take some time - who were the placees - was it PI's or institutions?

That's great Moonglow - So I presume by capital raise they mean something other than a placing? as per the RNS: "The Company and Altair have agreed that this interest payment will not now be paid until the earlier of the next capital raise that may be conducted by the Company or 30 April 2018."

gods - I am sure that's possible - loads of selling today and buying - much has happened over the last few months I am new to this share but it looks like a good investment to me, time will tell! in the 27th Nov RNS it states "The Agreement also contains customary undertakings from the Company, and the Enlarged Group Directors to Northland and VSA Capital, including, inter alia, that save as expressly set out in the Admission Document, and subject as required in the discharge of their directors' duties, each of them undertakes not to issue new equity of the Company for a period of four months following Admission." Though the post on Twitter states 6 months - either way its not for a while and the 30 April is just over 4 months from the admission date

Setanta - the company raised �1.6 mil at the end of December the loan interest of �300k is payable by 30 April or the next capital raise if earlier - so they may place or not but they did raise the �1.6 mil 3 weeks ago! If a nice project comes along it won't be at 2p one would hope!

If they cannot produce accounts in 6 months it could be a while - I know other AIM co's have done this but it's a pathetic excuse and poor management shares should not be suspended due to accountancy problems - the management should be on top of it!

IMO that is a lame excuse for a PLC IFRS is standard throughout the world: "The work to complete the Company's accounts is substantially complete however, the associated technical complexities of the adoption of IFRS has led to a delay in the production of Kennedy's Namibian subsidiaries accounts. This, coupled with the closure of the offices of the Namibian auditors BDO until 8 January 2018, means that the Company will not be able to meet the deadline of 31 December 2017." They should have been aware that this could happen - it leaves shareholders to wonder what else they may have problems doing if they cannot get accounts done on time! I hope they come out in January with some positive news and prove this is a company worth investing in - last chance from my POV and I should think many!

Robin - KENV isn't suspended cos some entity wants to buy it, its cos our "visionary" CEO cannot file the companies accounts on time. I would be a rich man if I had a quid number of time I see "being bought out" on these BB's when there isn't a cat in hells chance any "major" would touch a poxy little unprofitable AIM minor with a barge pole !

Zub I have not seen anyone saying it's the end of the company I am sure it will come back from suspension by late Jan. KENV is not a charity though (unless for the BoD?) it is an AIM listed company and this does not instil confidence for the investor does it?

Sorry surprised I disagree this is incompetence or worse, they are trying to hide things - I never understood why they are so secret about who this world leading customer is, how much they are producing and at what grade etc. I nearly sold after the last update and wish I hade now!

I have been earthling and keep an eye on GEO - there is good potential here.

maestro on the report I read on the last drill Druid/Drombeg - PVR gained $5mil on the BS from carries the drill and not lost cash - I am not sure what the current situation is but I would have thought $25 mil + ?

PR221 - I have been thinking of buying some BRD shares, the fact the s/p has come off so much is not a concern if the reason for this has been resolved however you seem to think there is a problem with the company, perhaps you could give an insight as to why you feel this, other than the monthly updates?
