BP is worth at least $40mil - the original RNS in 2014 stated it had a value of $100 mil - so discount that and even with 10 bn shs in issue the s/p should be at least .35p dd the other Rom assets without development and it should be .5p - if no further dilution BP would currently add say .45p.

If you are referring to AP as the greedy taxt - then you should be aware that he brought BP/Manaila/Zagra and potentially Remin mines to VAST we in effect got 80% of BP for a couple of mil and have costs associated with that.

Where would VAST be without those assets - in liquidation (most likely). AP assed a potential NPV of billions for almost nothing and your slagging him off as AP group holds 20% of BP and he owns 10% of Zagra and will own 10% of Zagra if we get mines we got 90% for free!

I am very positive about the future - if we get the diamonds running it will provide huge revenues to exploit assets in Rom and Zim.

The way some LTH talk about VAST you would think they had never invested in a junior miner before - it's risky but the rewards are massive if you have the right company and assets.

I agree BOD have some good looking projects, I have held shares for a considerable time and have averaged down.

It is an illiquid company to trade, on good news it will be difficult to buy, but there has been little in the last year or so.

Looks like this could be a good year for BOD shareholders.

TBT - won't BOD need to place to fulfil all their commitments re drilling etc. and if they are to commit the Marange concession they need to put up 13% of costs (once the first $1mil is invested by VAST, which is by now probably) .

All junior miners have to come to the market until they achieve decent revenues don't you think?

Fantasy - with your view of VAST's future why do you care if the warrants are extended? - you clearly do not think they will ever be worth anything as in your opinion the s/p will never reach .5p+ by the end of the year.

IMO the extension of the warrants gives many long term shareholders and supporters of the company a small benefit - which they deserve.

Your constant negativity and your postings re. the warrants are conflicting and illogical, as by wanting to vote them down you clearly see the s/p over .5p by the end of 2019.

This fella had just issued financial statements which were pretty good, maybe they expected investors to realise he wasn't selling due to poor results.

Never great when any director sells especially a CFO, an explanation may have helped in the RNS but maybe the nomad didn't allow it.

Anyway I was happy to buy today and expect a decent rise back to sensible levels in the near term

What the CFO sold for is not anyone else's business and is irrelevant to the RNS.

I doubt the BoD would have expected such a reaction - after all they just published very good financial statements - they probably assumed investors can read accounts and would understand that the CFO was selling for personal reasons and not cos the company was in dire financial straits - big mistake ;-)

Possibly another seller as well, looked a bit of an overreaction to me for a sell of 1.5 mil shs, even for AIM - but you never know.

Well as 1/3 of the value of the company had been lost I suppose they were a little concerned.

The CFO only had just over 3 mil shs and it looks like he is selling the rest today - maybe he needs the cash and will be just out of a closed period so only able to sell after results published.

Spooked a few into selling, but it should bounce back - anyway I bought some looks cheap after the results which IMO were good.

I agree re. SSGI - once the debt owed to them is sorted out it will open opportunities for debt finance on better terms for the many projects we have - looks very good once that is sorted IMO.

If you meant to say £250 million MC before you apologise I think you are doing him a disservice - I think you owe him one now.

Many knowledgeable posters are giving their opinions on other sites that you chose to remove yourself from - life moves on you know.

Personally I think AP has received way too much derision recently - the popularity of the CEO is directly proportionate to the s/p - I have seen it in the past in many companies, some who thought Andrew was a great 9 months ago slag him off now. The reverse will happen when we get back to a decent s/p he will be a hero again.

Fair enough FTB - nothing wrong in being pedantic IMO - and I certainly would not accuse anyone of it - pot calling the kettle black etc.

No matter what we may think about the management - I think we all agree we have some potentially massive assets and that is the reason for my long term holding of VAST shares.

Good luck FTB - AIM is not easy to negotiate and while it is important to understand a company when investing, do not get too obsessed with minutiae.

Investing is like comedy - it's all about................................................................Timing!

The recent past has not been great for the VAST s/p, however the fundamental assets are getting better every month - I look at the big picture - I invest in assets and potential.

I do not have the time to go into every little aspect of what went wrong recently and in any case we as investors never know the actual events due to the way AIM works and fair enough if some want to have a witch hunt it's up to them - you cannot change history however.

I remain highly positive about the future.

Your quoting from RNS and without having the actual contract, I presumed Andrew had read the contract and that he would know what he was talking about?
