If Rame is successfull the loan notes can be converted at a 25% discount to the admission price and there are warrants to be granted also (5.5% of loan value exercisable at IPO initial s/p). So fairly long term investment probably if thr IPO happens. Anyway looks like more investments to be announced in due course as per this in the RNS: "The Board believes the Company has been able to invest on quite favourable terms. We hope this will be the first of a number of such transactions"

looked like it was on the way down. up/down from here don't know I will watch

got to my first target of £2.50 will hold the rest for a while and see what happens - still looks good for more gains to me

sold 1000 shs by mistake - I moved to my ipad did a test sale - and it went through, luckily bought back in last trade of the day and got 16 more shs and 20 notes profit - jobs a good un!

couldn't find any - lots must have been sold out due to stop losses it went down vertically last Thursday

Funny day for ECR thought it would move up another 10% - always does the opposite to what I expect - still bought more though. ACP - tricky one I was in at .10 and sold last week to get more ECR - swings and roundabouts, they both look good to me. I have been buying LDP, I didn't want to tip it as it's risky - been in for 2 years its been up and now down but at .007p I think it's worth a punt - could be very good. They have access to large amounts of capital and contacts in Asia so if you like a gamble it may be worth looking at. TRP looks good if I had had the funds would have got in at 2p shareprophets are bigging it up for 6p - missed that one! Anyway waiting for ECR to rise to my target and then I will be looking for the next ECR! Cheers Cast

Looks interesting - only caveat - share clubs are I would think are setup by people who know each other and live in the same area - we could have members all over the place - I don't live in the UK

Hi tmd agree X19 everyone who wants to join in is welcome - you don't need any expertise - just like the idea - which we are working on!

I don't want to put you on the spot, but it was your idea, so what do you feel the aim of the club is? We could then discuss how to implement the ideas whilst looking for a good media platform - sorry I have no idea about this. Thanks for your input mick I can add a bit of UK tax knowledge, and been investing in AIM for a few years, and learn't some expensive lessons. Anyway at least ECR looks good! Cheers
