RE: Can someone summarise please???10 Dec 2014 18:59
Not 27p - no chance that would give a market cap of £315 mil (after the placing). To me this does look very good
though. I expect a good rise tomorrow. If all goes well and funding is in place etc. by mid 2015 with 2 mines in production the share price will be many multiples of the present
Baita Bihor production in May 201510 Dec 2014 18:43
This expenditure is expected to result, within four months from deployment of funds, in commencement of production at a rate of 5,600 tpm and within a further two months, a production rate of 10,000 tpm
Baita Bihor is believed to contain 1,800,000 tonnes of polymetallic ore (gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, tungsten and molybdenum) at 6% copper equivalent or 10g/tonne gold equivalent, at current prices,
Your dead right - no one knows. I find it difficult to understand why those who are not invested give their insightful opinions. They even have the arrogance to tell others on the board to read the RNS properly!!!! - anyway looks like that post has been deleted. If you choose to invest in any share YOU CHOOSE, you don't need someone posting constant negativity, pretending they are protecting the innocent investor. I know the risks in AIM, and the risks in AFCR, big risk=big reward
They haven't "lost" 50% of the income stream - In order to run a company in Zim you have to have half your assets (51%) controlled by Zim nationals - indiginisation law AFCR had to have a JV to move the project on
We should be getting some news soon on the new Romanian copper/Gold mine acquisition and update on Pickstone-Peerless mine. The company have been very quiet on PP since the October RNS. It was interesting to see the article posted here regarding AFCR having another go at acquiring the Dalny mine. It's a long shot but they could be linked.
Director and certain other employees/advisor's remuneration, dates back to 24 October 2012 (not 24/10/14 as per today's RNS) when the share price was about 2p. This arrangement is good for the shareholders, as at the moment (as the s/p is well below 2p). I would think that the directors believe that they will make money when they choose to sell their shares in the future, or they would amend the arrangement - so good all round then, as we can expect a s/p well over 2p in the future, IMHO.
I think we will get some news prior to the year end.
They need to call a meeting for the allocation of the JV new shares. We should also get an update on PP, and maybe details of the new deal re. Romania.
There will also be a placing if the Romania deal is done, and I think punters will wan't to know the level of the placing before buying in. The placing could be at a pretty low level (Directors are buying) but once that is out of the way we should get a meteoric rise (hopefully). Anyway I will be also loading up if we get anywhere near .4p
They withdrew stating they wanted a more advanced project - according to the bottom link I posted. Though how they could say they were going to be in production in 90 days and then withdraw for that reason is a bit odd. Possibly down to finance reasons as it was in 2011 and they were supposed to be paying $15mil
RE: I have done a bit of research on 7 Dec 2014 11:24
The other thing that caught my eye was that Eldore intended to re-establish operations within 90 days of purchase. AFCR could have 2 operational mines by mid 2015
