I agree with your sentiment - but there are always people saying there's trouble (when a s/p drops) and I believe you have to take what the co. says and other research to make your own judgement and if I had been given the facts that the co. was in default or about to be at the beginning of the year (even though there had just been a placing!) I would not have bought more shares. I don't feel the board have been totally honest and we should have been told about the finances before we have. I understand the reason - they thought production was imminent but it didn't happen.
Lets hope there is a solution but to be honest, I agree, it does not look good.
