TD has asked the leading question. TIG are selling an asset for twice their market value leaving them cash rich with a smaller business model and the debt.

I would be happier for them to pay the debt down and announce a small special dividend to keep us onside and or reignite a small buyback before any reinvestment . This would leave us with a debt free company and investors on a free ride with Comparison. This would be a great outcome for investers but management teams rarely volunteer to shrink their empires.

The scenario assumes a DIS sale unlocks value - but how that value is distributed matters enormously. A 91p SOTP will not mean a thing if management reinvests the proceeds into another Shinez.

The board's confidence that any transaction will "exceed the Group's current market capitalisation" (~£125M) is much easier to assert if they're seeing competitive bids rather than negotiating with a single party. So I will reserve judgement until they release a further update or two, but agree they haven't filled investors with much confidence historically

Notice that the Zeus Note mentions "High level of strategic interest" in DIS - this appears a bit more confident language than the November RNS which simply said discussions were "most advanced. I am hopeful we have multi interested parties which should help reach fair value price at least. Downside is limited while upside from a competitive auction could be substantial.

The key catalyst remains the DIS sale announcement - when (not if) this comes, expect a material re-rating toward SOTP valuations. I believe fair value at present is around 55-60p but we can't always expect fair value on AIM.

The deal requires ROQ's enlarged share capital to be admitted to trading on AIM by this new March 16, 2026 deadline to complete the transaction. So they have about 2 more months to finalize everything and get the AIM listing done.

The exclusivity period should be ending soon (January 2026), so we might hear updates about whether the deal proceeds in the coming weeks. The main hope for good news for me was the director buy in November of 5 million shares (£85k) and the calibre of the trails technology plus funding through A2A Pharmaceuticals. So yes, definitely a waiting game, currently I am down about 50% and will be holding and making some small additions at these low or lower prices until things become clearer as upside could be considerable.

I expect there will be many fund raises along the way. To go from ~22 MW to 1,000 MW represents a 45x scale-up - and they need to do this with a £1.4M market cap and after burning through £5m in recent fundraising. Developing 1 GW of power infrastructure could easily cost £500m-£1bn+.

It can be manipulated by placing small buys in rising increments to encourage others to buy and then the earlier buyers will sell off to make a profit leaving others holding above the highs they bought at . It happens on AIM all the time, maybe best to decide on a fair value price and place you own buy orders to avoid getting sucked in.

It takes very small volumes to move this price. I had a buy order left over from yesterday ay 9.40p (25k) as I wanted to be in under placement price.

This morning the price moved down quickly to fill that order as there was nothing much in between close of last night and that buy. So be careful when the price appears to move quickly with little volume either way.

Nothing new but on the reassuring side for a good outcome for patients and investors.

Currently trying to work on a correlation between GGP share price and Gold price. Just a simple ratio between the two prices Gold/GGP.

I expect this will change step on news flow as GGP production figures, life of mines etc and sentiment change, but between news flow the ratio seems to be trending between 10.6 and 8.2 (the lower the figure the stronger GGP price).

Currently at 8.4 with a 10 day mean of 9.5 which suggests GGP price is keeping ahead of Gold Price and sentiment is positive.

Sad that the obvious rampers are actually achieving the opposite of what they are trying to achieve. I am invested but choose to follow my own research which suggests this is likely to be good news for long term holders who have invested at the right price.

I dont't think constant ramping by individuals on the board is doing the share any favours. Real info may help but we can all see the share price rise or fall!!
