If we did go in the same direction as TLW ...we would have ended up by.... 11.28% of £76.44227million = £8.62million £8.62m + £4.73m= £13.35m £13.35m/498.396= 2.68p so had we followed TLW's path we should have finished 2.68p...:))

I have done some calcultions as to what price we should be if MM's didnt play any games on friday...... TLW's m/cap increased by £1.6813 billion on friday ( friday closing m/cap £12772.46million - £11091.16million ( thurs close ) ).....on the news.......they hold 27.5%..... Now lets look at what NOP m/cap should have been if they had the same formula applied as TLW s/price......£1.6813billion /22= £76.42727million for there 1.5% stake.........NOP m/cap should have been £67.297 thurs close m/cap + £76.427m..=...£143.72m..now divide this by number of shares in issue ( 93.468million ) we get £1.53763 so this is what NOP should have finished but did it no.......it actually finished at 93p......basically it just added 19.633m to its m/cap .... lets look at WSX.... If it used the same formula as TLW it should have been ....£76.44227m + £23.53m=£99.97m ......... £99.97/479.365=20.9p....so it should have finished 20.9p had it followed same path as tlw....... lets take tlw out of the equation as there are other external factors aswell such as t/o atm......lets see.....what wsx should have been if it followed NOP's path.......we know NOp added 19.633million....as they nop and wsx have same stake.....we can add 19.633 to 23.153= £42.786million this is what m/c should have been i.e 8.9p...... did wsx finish 8.9p answer is no it finished at 7.38p....adding £12.197million lets do the same with BBE...leaving out TLW as that is pointess.... firstly lets use NOP formula.........this is easy as i have done all the calculations....just need 11.28%....of £19.633jm which = £2.215million........so if we add £2.215m to 4.486m = 6.7million i.e ......6.7/498.396 = 1.34p...so if we had followed the way of NOP we should have finished 1.34p........ in the case of us following WSX share price we should have ended......£12.197million 11.28 % of which = 1.38m 4.73+1.38=£6.11million(this is what m/cap should have been).....i.e.....6.11/498.396=1.23p did we finish either 1.34p or 1.23p.....the answer is no.........we finished 0.95p Please be careful when you read into these calculations ..........what i have indicated is what should have happened on friday ....its like to say we have all these companys on a spreadsheet and once the formula for one is changed the rest automatically get updated.......in real world this doesnt happen ......... another point of note which should not be missed as it is very very important and i have no time to go into it......is the fact what happened prior to ffriday i.e be4 the news hit.........WSX had already jumped nearly 100%.....which wasnt the case for nop/bbe........... like i said i have no time to do more calculations as im going to go to sleep now.........been working night shift......just hope some picks on this and and maybe correct any mistakes or add further ..... i still believe we w

I know some will be confused or think i made an error.......by saying BBE owes 0.141% of ZAEDYUS........lets get something right here.........in 2009 BBE sold all of its non US assets.....there were fair bit ..........for around 30million shares ( aprox £460k worth shares at the time ).......... now why on earth would you sell them assets for £460k.......my view is they wanted a hold onto them not only that they also wanted a bite at wsx assets....i.e Guyane/their other assets.....to me thats smart play............and it has payed off.......now the question is how does BBE gain 0.141% stake in Guyane or shall i say Zaedyus for now.......the answer is they dont........that was only to get you guys thinking.........they FOR NOW ONLY HAVE 11.28% OF WSX.....I REPEAT just FOR NOW.....IMO Wessex/Bluebird will merge at somestage......i can go in depth and drag this on........and mention the common factors between the two apart from MR BRAMHILL.........but im not going to as i can be wrong and it would pointless.......for now at least you guys can think there is a possiblity of this happenning..........

after Zaedyus there is many more prospects to come ..........one of which i do know WSX has a stake in is....MATAMATA......it has been reported that this block can be holding 1.3billion brls.......add Zaedyus we get to 2 Billion.......add other prospects we will get to 3.5 Billion brls.......according to some reports like the one which i posted in my previous post there could be 5 billion brls....... lets take the the figure of .......just two billion MATAMATA and ZAEDYUS WSX has 1.25% stake...... 1.25% of 2Billion is 25 million brls....so WSX will end up getting aprox 25 million brls just from 2 prospects..... Now we know BBE has 11.28% stake in WSX.....So we can conclude out of that 25 million brls ( WSX share ).... 2.82million brls belong to BBE........ Another way of looking at it is like this......ppl thought WSX stake of 1.25% is worthless they were hovering around 2.5p......now that 1.25% stake has increased their value by almost 300%.....well over 7p...... 1.25% x 11.28% = 0.141%.......now if you like we can say we we hold a stake along with Shell 45%.....TLW 27.5%.....Total 22.5%......NOP 1.25%.....WSX 1.109%....BBE 0.141%.........YES thats right guys we do have a stake albeit indirectly...:))..........

i am just mistified as to why we havent had that rise yet......well we will see after the bell .....when we see them delayed trades ....just hope its lots of big buys instead of sells......

it would be funny if we saw a holding rns saying bbe sold 54million wsx shares yesterday........maybe thats the reason for no rise......
