BUYING PRESSURE has picked up......dont blame the BUYERS.....last thing you want is to MISS out......comes monday morning we could have 1 of 2 rns's in my view.... J/V update on VAL401 ....or.....VAL201 update ( headline data )

R0ughmeister...Another worthy of a POINT to note.....when he declared his holdings lasttime...in SEP...shareprice was 1p.....he had 7.1M shares.....we BOOOMED....thereafter we went to 7p+......did he sell.....did he feck.......he didnt want 700% PROFITS.......instead....he LOADED up more.....and took his HOLDINGS to 8.5M.......and from there to 18.5M......that is some JUMP if you ask me.....he is BELIEVER in val....and is showing it by putting his monies where his mouth is....:)) That is some CONFIDENCE.....good luck to him and us...:))

Once placing shares HIT the market on MONDAY.....he will have 4.07% from 4.54%

They can not be PLACING shares as they wont hit the market till monday......He must have bought them in OPEN MARKET......if CORRECT....we could see LARGE BUY ORDER reported after hours from wednesday...unless if he bought them in chunks ofcourse....

Mathsprof....want to ADD...as it has just come to my mind......TOTAL WARRANTS + out standing OPTIONS equate to something like 115M.....so i think the BoD will need shareholders Authority if and when them warrants + options are exercised....GOOD thing is most of these warrants are set at above 5p...most being at 9p i think.....i would be more than HAPPY to give them my authority on that basis..... One has to also keep in MIND....if we are...and i HAVE no doubt that we ARE......cllose to J/V-T/O......then these OPTIONS/WARRANTS will be exercised as only a FOOL wouldnt......i wouldnt be surprised if we had a J/V rns....and within it....or just thereafter...another egm being called....to give them Authority to issue these options/warrants.....

mathsprof....Thanks for that....i think you cleared it for me...... It was 263M in issue before Authority was given to issue further 216M on 21/12/2017.....and like you say....that equates to 479M... 407M currant issue ADD 47.5M = 455M like you state.....ADD to them the WARRANTS etc....you get close to that figure of 479M..... Atleast we can now move forward without any doubts.....:))... Like we have been saying most of these 47.5M shares would have been/are being forward sold.....all in all.....looking good.....:)) Once again thanks for clarifying and EXPLAINING.....:))

Maybe after seeing rns on FRIDAY...they were knocked back....and spent long weekend negotiating J/V / T/O.....conclusion was....VAL didnt need more funds from market as J/V was all but signed....result was to....withdraw resolution 6/7....??? COME ON....Mr Pharma...show us your hand

Then Again why the f would they say..placing CONDITIONAL and then withdraw resolution 6/7......surely....the placing must be re-negotiated...or atleast remove the confusion and UPDATE the market.... I suppose we wait and see what happens... ATB

On 15/11/2017.....after some conversion by Y/A we had in issue....216,405,413 shares..... On 30/11/2017 ...after a placing of 1m.....and issuing FIRST tranche we had 263,405,413....( note these shares were supposed to hit the market on 15/12/17 )... ON 06/12/2017...EGM notice is issued...asking for Authority for 100% increase in HEADROOM ( 216,405,413 )....which was voted on and passed on 21/12/2017... In my view there could be a POSSIBILTY...that an ERR was made in resolution at egm on 21/12/17......instead of 216,405,413 it should have read 100% increase in HEADROOM of 263,405,413 shares...which would have taken us to.....526,810,826.... anyway this is one possibility......

At agm they was seeking for us to pass Resolution 6/7.... resolution 6 was:- Resolution 6 � allotment of share capital At a General Meeting of the Company held on 21 December 2017, the directors were given authority to allot ordinary shares in the capital of the Company up to a maximum nominal amount of two hundred and sixteen thousand four hundred and five pounds and forty one pence (�216,405.41), representing approximately 100 per cent. of the Company�s then issued ordinary share capital. The Board considers it appropriate that authority in respect of a similar percentage of the issued share capital be granted to allot ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Accordingly the Board is seeking authority to allot ordinary shares up to a maximum nominal amount of four hundred and seven thousand four hundred and sixty two pounds and seventy one pence (�407,462.71), representing the aggregate of 100 per cent. of the Company�s issued ordinary share capital as at 10 April 2018 (the latest practicable date before publication of this letter), during the period up to the conclusion of the next AGM in 2019 or, if earlier the date 15 months after the date of the passing on the resolution. Key bit ...."Company up to a maximum nominal amount of two hundred and sixteen thousand four hundred and five pounds and forty one pence (�216,405.41), representing approximately 100 per cent. of the Company�s then issued ordinary share capital" This clearly tells us at last egm in DECEMBER after resolutions were passed...they had Authority to have in issue 216,405,410 x 2 = 432,810,820 shares....... Before this last placing we had in issue...407,462,710 shares.....if you ADD to this this last placing ( 47,500,000 shares ).....we get to a FIGURE of....454,962,710........ 454,962,710 takeaway 432,810,820 = 20,151,890.... Basically the market will be short by just over 20M shares if we went ahead and did that placing.... What this means for us...i dont KNOW.....one thing for sure there has been FORWARD SELLING going on here. Maybe i have missed or overlooked something...if that is the case then my apologies.....

R0ughmeister.....like i say...i dont know what the implications are.....maybe its BEST to suspend the share..it all this is sorted out...i dont know..... On re-listing just TELL us...in RNS...who this BIG PHARMA is ...that will make my DAY...and all will be forgiven...:))... To be HONEST anything is possible.....we just have to wait for next RNS!!! to clarify few points....:))

applegarth...i dont know.....i dont think they have a CHOICE......unless....they want a SHORT SQUEEZE in their hands...they need AUTHORITY from shareholders...so egm has to be called.......i think most of them shares have been forward sold.....we could have another NEW ( share ) situation here.....i am just guessing ofcourse....its all bit too CONFUSING for my liking atm....

Now that RESOLUTION 6 & 7 are withdrawn....next BEST thing would be withdraw that placing at 2p ( is possible )....after all it was conditional.....RAISE the stake.....do a PLACING again at HIGHER price.....i am sure at next CALL ( egm )....authority will be given by SHAREHOLDERS as a good will gesture....:))

What does this mean for ...all FORWARD selling that has been going on.... SHORT SQUEEZE???...that placing was conditional RIGHT!!!!

why?.... Could it be....BIG PHARMA might be coming on board lot sooner than EXPECTED with funds....or... They finally WOKE UP and gave in to RETAIL INVESTORS....pressure....

You are doomed if you do ....doomed if you dont.... IF we had a DECENT/GOOD rns....boom boys would be here in a FLASH ....shareprice ROCKETS....trolls come out...and SHOUT out placing coming , funds are needed, dilution coming..etc etc....end result.....most sell into SPIKE thinking no-more news shortterm... shareprice DROPS in anticipation of placing.... Alternative is to have a placing before BIG EVENT...get bad news out of the way...then let BOOM boys do the rest....trolls wouldnt have any legs to stand on in this case ( cant use placing as a fear factor )... In one way its good thing that placing is out of the WAY...now we can look forward to POSITIVE news ....headline data for VAL201 for starters without worryng about FUNDS...but its a shame that 2p was the price they chose.....i can not help but to think...there must have been some source from outside who called for this placing to be done at such low price.....what surprises me most....is why NOVUM didnt contact retail investors for this placing like they said they would ( i am assuming they didnt as no-one has come forward )....if my assumption is CORRECT then i wouldnt be surprised if we saw TR1 after may 14th ( the date shares hit the market )..... In IDEAL world it would have been NICE to have had a BOOM rns...let the shareprice rise then do a placing ....if nothing else we would have had less dilution....... All those who have been holding onto VAL for medium/longterm...know the score by now...this placing is no surprise...and most will stick by it whether they like it or not.......if one POSITIVE was to be taken from a placing now then after +VE RNS ..i say that would be.... FUTURE NEWBIES ...the ones who will be BUYING on next +VE rns ...atleast for them they will not see DILUTION straight away like they would have if we didnt do the raise at the point we did ( now ). ALL of the wannabees ( those looking to get VAL shares on the cheap ) this is your chance...CATCH her where-ever you think the bottom might be...this CHANCE has come so grab it with both hands imo these prices will not last for too long ..as we have +VE rns due from number of FRONTS....key is catching her before NEWS start to STREAM in. As always do your own RESEARCH and only invest what you can afford to lose....after all this is AIM....no-one can PREDICT what will come next. ATB

"The Company has agreed to grant Novum a warrant to subscribe for 1,800,000 shares at an exercise price of 2.5 pence per share." Why give warrants to NOVUM at 25% PREMIUM to placees...when normally brokers get the same price as placees...in this case it should have been 2p not 2.5p.... Because its 2.5p not 2p.....it makes me think EVEN more someone has been LET in through the BACKDOOR big time...whether this has anything to do with upcoming J/V or not i dont know.....one thing for sure....something aint ADDING up here.... It is quiet possible....we might get an RNS next week....to FOLLOW up from bad news ( placing ) with GOOD news ( maybe an update re-J/V or re-201 ).....we might EVEN see TR1 on 15th MAY ( the day after these new shares hit the MARKET )
