My question still stands regarding that 46% not in public hands..let's take say 3% which belongs to Ed Mead .... and other directors....like sun and poulden......we still don't know who holds other 36%....

Is someone loading up jn background.......??.....it can have something to do with jv..and or 100 for 1 consolidation.....

I checked on wishbone gold website....for major shareholders..

It was updated on 14th Oct 2025...

Interestingly...ED MEAD has sold out...he weng from 76m to 0.....

The other two directors who bought in placing around 5 6 mths ago...still held on 14th Oct...them directors being poulden and Jack sun...

More crucially I also note....they have outlined 46% shares are not in public hands....

Who holds these 46%....????? £4m placing was for only 10% or so shares......so even if this major holder bought all placing shares ( £4m ) that does not add to 46%...

Where is holding rns/s for these 46%...makes no sense.

From Hole2 ( deeps ) we moved to Hole3 ( Shallows )...

Now we have or are drilling 2 Holes in deeps and 2 Holes in Shallows..

Question .. where is Hole 5 being drilled...with RC rig..

Chances are it will be drilled in shallows.....thats OK.......but....I would like to see RC rig move to deeps...fast track atleast 2 more holes there to say 500m...and let DD rig finish the job to around 1000m...

If they can show good results in both Shallows and Deeps...JV partner will have to put their hands deeper in their pockets...

Yes ... I also haven't seen...such article.....if true...and it can be....then surely It has to do be from shallows.....as 230m-470m.....makes more sense in shallows...also why bring hole2 up...after long time....makes nice sense...

If in case of shallows it's true...then this is MASSIVE....

Significantly, these targets are much shallower than the Havieron discovery, with the top of the magnetic targets ranging from 150m to 250m below surface."

The reason why I have put this up...is simple.....

We have been distracted albeit rightly so by this MAIN GOLD DOME....in the deeps...

Abstract above tells you...how it all started....what the prize was back then...,it wasn't the deeps..we didn't even know that existed....it was the shallows......that's where we are have been focused on in last few wks..ie shallows ( holes3 and 4 )...

When one is investing here .... they should be looking at both deeps and shallows....they go hand in hand.....

As was this red setter big surprise after consolidation back in jan2020.....question is what plans have they got for us this time around....???

Back jan2020 they did 100 for 1 consolidation...just before consolidation shareprice was something like 0.02p ( under nominal value ) ...they could not raise any money as shareprice was under nominal...they had 2.8billion shares issue......after consolidation they had 28m shares in issue...and shareprice was approx 2p...initially price over few weeks mths dropped...but then started to pick up...at one stage after around 18 or so mths..it hit over 20p intraday...thats 10 bags....before overtime dropping back.......to 0.10p again..with right now over 3 billion shares in issue....

One can be forgiven to think whether this is a repeat cycle....as some call it life style company...

What is different this time around....

Well firstly on jan2025 the 5 yr approval given to them to issue further shares expired...hence this recent egm...had to happen...no choice in this matter...( yes its slightly late but still within rules )...they didn't have to call consolidation ...that was done at their own discretion....

When folks say...they will only have authority to raise £4.9m....thats wrong assumption....because..that £4.9m is linked to nominal value of 0.10p....so instead of us giving them authority to raise £4.9m....we will be giving them authority to issue further 4.9billion shares over next 5 years unless..another egm is called....

Now thus is where it gets interesting...they still had enough head room from last authority given in jan2020....then they were given go ahead to issue upto 5billion shares...so infact we had enough headroom to issue further 2billion shares.....

Also consolidation of 100 for 1...this time around doesn't make sense just as a safety net or insurance policy just incase if wsbn was to go pear shaped and shareprice crashed and went under nominal value again ( 0.10p )...if they wanted protection...they could have easily done 10 for 1 or 20 for 1....they would have created more than enough safety cushion....

Only rational explanation in my is ... something big is being worked out....like jv or something like duel listing....

These are my understanding....I might have misunderstood something....if so...I stand to be corrected...

LOTM....no-one can say for sure what's going on...as I have said..I think we will know one way or another be4 vote takes place....expect another update....and i feel it's going to be positive...and will explain ...why thus move was made...like u say ... if that's not the case..then taking such drastic measures make no sense...also remember 3 bod members hold around 9% of company...they will not play foul or do something unworthy...as that would hurt their pockets aswell

Vote takes place on 28th Nov .... re-consolidation....

Can you imagine ppl saying yes we vote for a POUND a share ( from current levels )....or e the bod even thinking of making such move...on a duster...

I don't know why...it seems like...some thing BIG/HUGE...is coming...before the vote....that can be assays from holes 1 and or 2...possibly..assays from shallows...or even JV partner showing their hand..lastly..could be plans to duel list this...

Something don't add up here...bod have started to make strange moves of late..

Firstly... we get 25th Sep rns...shareprice rises and touches 2.30p (intraday)..then 2 workings days later..MARKET takes placing of £4m...came out of blue....

Secondly...we get that INTERVIEW..again that came out of the blue...we are buzzing again..the very next day we get update on hole2...poorly worded rns..rushed call it what you want..market wasn't expecting that...the tone the words changes overnight from that interview..

Thirdly...we are drilling in MIDDLE of the DOME...Expert Geophysics is excited talking of wsbn shocking the markets...core drilling excited talking of fools gold..and holding 4m core stick...leni is making trips to Aus ..left right centre..,all this because of the HYPE and drilling going on at the DOME.....fkn BRECCIA PIPE of 152m hit...INTERESECT of 257m in hole1....hole2 goes missing (nothing shown/explained)....and then suddenly we move to shallows....out of the blue again...

Fourthly...Consolidation of 100 for 1....yes u read that right not 10 for 1 or 20 for 1...but 100 for 1...another out of the blue move....

The course the management have taken...silence in background....just tells me..we are not being told all.,.but they imo will have to show their cards...soon...and I think WISHBONE INDEED will BLOW THE MARKET AWAY...watch this place

I still can't believe how low gex is in terms of mc.... £6m-£7m....is peanuts....

Any guessing ..... what returns £1000 in a bank can give ... in about 12mths time ( nov 2026 )

Just imagine you put £1000 in gex for 12mths at todays price ..and in that time both MT WINTER and HUSSAR are success....potential returns are MINDBLOWING....

No pain no GAINS..no risk NO REWARDS....get in early for potential LIFE CHANGING SUMS..

Be warned....today was classic example...during the rise..mm's put through brakes on buying....it took ages for me to add few more around d 5.60p level...and I mean ages...."sorry we could not do the transaction this time...please call ********".....it goes to show....how rapidly this will explode....on positive rns.....towards and beyond 10p.....

Due to low number of shares in issue....and low freefloat.....as many are tightly held.....when drill at HUSSAR is turning....moves northwards will be RAPID and SWIFT....

It's best to buy when no one is looking on the low....then let the herd do the dirty work....taking it up....

At 50p mc would be ONLY £64m....talk about a POUND mc still low at some £128m ....,

Buy low...sell into inevitable rise....take 1 bag 2 bags 5 bags 10 bags....more bags...its upto u...

One needs to think rationally....we ggp have been comparing ourselves to ggp..alot in past few mths...bigger than haveiron....more volumes than ggp at same time they were drilling havieron...mc at similar stages....hole1 intersection forcthem 121m..for us 257m+ ...etc etc...

The only few things that were left will bextaken care of....1. Soon we will have less shares then them by 20 to 1.....2. Looks like we could be seeing £10 ahead of them be4 Christmas.. 😂 be4 anyone says anything.. just being sarcastic

We all have different ways of promoting..,with different styles...,we should all do our bit in my view....we have few who are knowledgeable and put great input here...you guys could help and expand this platform from different angle/view...imo its needed here...

Today's rise was measured and controlled by mm's..they were keen to take shares off sellers and then feed them to BUYERS..it was nice gradual rise rather than straight spike
