they could have been working on another placing....these shares could have been new placee's shares being forward sold......well...for me anyway that doubt has been removed

if these guys were took their warrants.....they have sold them...as their holdings have been consistent through out....after warrants were issued....had they held them.....holdings would have gone up.....

i am 100% convinced now....that these sells are/were warrants being sold.....

regarding 1. she said the same about 3 weeks back.....she was suppose to be in london last week.....why didnt she come?.....what has changed since?.....my theory is for some reason funding agreement wasnt signed...hence the delay....i believe ( just an opinion ) it will be signed before she arrives here next week....

regarding point 2. " very soon ".....i think the word very is crucial ...she could have easily said "soon" .."shortly"....."in due course"....by using the words "very soon" it seems like rns is imminent ....after all if she is coming next week ...it does make sense...

either way i am not fussed as i have been here long enough to let few days/weeks worry me....
