Yes its done for BLOCK 1...and its all over the media....i am surprised its their news is all over china aswell....due to shanghai electrics involvement ......we await same FATE....once we get our FC....this share is going to go crazy....and i mean CRAZY...but before that we have few steps to go.....:))

ponkey...its hard to read in this game...aim as we know it...is corrupt......if one is careful and plays it with patience monies can be made....problem at times is holding a stock for more than 5 mins for some.

from my point view...todays rns..has changed few things...and i think its for the good..

one has to ask themselves..why would brandon sell after all these years...when we are on the cusp..:))

as explained my way of thinking is..they will exercise warrants..but one has to think of other possibilities along side it..here they are.

1. Exercise Warrants ...part or all of 75m brandons warrants..
2.For some reason they are cheesed off and have decided to sell out...in which case they will dump further 165million shares..if they did this..i wouldnt lose any sleep over it...will take about 2 weeks to clear them...but i think this is very very unlikely
3.Transfer from one player to other... i know there are many parties in pakistan who are interested in orcp shares...its is possible these shares are being transferred to some group in pakistan...note they dont have to be transferred in pakistan...could be anyone / anywhere...chances of this happening are low but i could see it happening..
4.placing...the shares were sold just ahead of upcoming placing....have funds in hand...now question for me would be why do a placing right now and how much would it be for??...it is possible that funds are needed to conclude the upcoming finance/funding package...obviously £500k would be peanuts to whats needed...maybe it could be their tiny share in a placing...with HH Shiekh / china coal / new ii's joining the list with bigger pie......again i am ruling this out because we have been told ....funds will be provided by CHINA COAL through cpec...through china gov......then the question arises could they need funds for working capital??....answer to this is yes £500k+ can be raised for working capital until funding package sorted....to this i would say.....we have something like £2m in warrants which could be exercised so why do a placing especially when we are in RICH period for +ve newsflow..
5. funding/finance will be concluded soon...brandon wants a part in this package deal...have a percentage.....this is very very possible to me...we have already been told china coal will fund the package most probably through china banks.....i have a feeling pakistan banks wont be left behind....and its possible HH sheikh / Brandon might join in..in this case no placing needed...just DEBTS/LOANS..
6.outside chance...but in this game very very possible.....shares been lent to shorters/mm's....this could explain mm games etc.

i am sure there could be other possibilities add to the list if you want..i am still going for number 1..i..hey have sold their shares to exercise their warrants.

either way...i think we will get an rns soon lets say within a week or two if not before......this rns i refer to is relating to todays rns....not LOI etc..nothing has changed on that front.

whatever the reason we can only speculate at this stage...and no matter what we will get our hands on that 1.4BILLION tonnes of coal.

archy thats what i have been saying all day....warrants were forward sold...i know its wrong terminology ....but i am sure most understood what i was trying to say...sell their shares...get monies.....buy back via warrants....we have monies kitty ...they have their shares back or even more if they go for full wack 75million....:))

one should look at it from positive point......the shares were churned very very quickly by the market.....it didnt take long at all...at most 2/3 days....which goes to show how strong a demand there is for these shares.

lol....i would have been millionaire by now.....just playing the swings......if i knew what was going on.....:))

i am more CONFIDENT today than i was yesterday...re-FINANCE/FUNDING package being signed.....:))...

when that lands......watch this GO!!!.....sideliners.....wont have a chance getting in at near pre-news price...GAP-UP of 30%+ comes to mind...could even see 50% GAP UP...:))

brandon like i said...have backed us many times over the years with loans etc.....as far as i know they never sold shares...mayebe warrants yes...but not shares....we have had plenty of placings before....they never sold before due to upcoming placing.......so what would change now....????....

I still remain OPTIMISTIC its something positive........

like i said to sam ....its his money....he can decide what to do....like wise......its BRANDONS money...they can do whatever they like...their monies their choice........:))

I aint going anywhere anytime soon......i can see BIGGER PICTURE ahead of me........these prices would be history in few days/weeks time....:))

good luck in what ever you do....its your money...so you decide how you want to play it....:))...if you think its best to de-risk after todays rns...thats your choice....and you might be right.....no-one will know until we get further news....

i have always been optimistic/positive in here...and will never change..thats me...all over....MR POSITIVE!!!!....

hopefully from my point of view good news will follow...if for any reason it doesnt ( next rns )....then worry not...the one after that will do the trick....;))...AIM is a game of PATIENCE!!!!!...and i have lots of that....:))
