Block Admission Application

"Braveheart further announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission to trading on AIM of 1,150,000 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") (the "Block Admission"). The Block Admission is being made for any issue and allotment of New Ordinary Shares arising from the exercise of options issued pursuant to the award of share options to directors, employees and consultants announced on 17 December 2020, after excluding the above options exercised by Trevor Brown.

Upon issue, the New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. In accordance with rule 29 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the number of New Ordinary Shares issued and allotted under the Block Admission arrangement will be announced every six months."

It is expected that the Block Admission will become effective on or around 9 March 2021.

Both legs in 40's..in what has been a Volatile week...good thing is volumes have picked up again here..

Target for end of next week..if nothing else...then atleast be in 45p-50p range if not in 50's ( without news/rns ) from there anything will be possible as we hit AUGUST...

Remember if not before we are due NEWS/RNS on 2 fronts in AUG...1. CLINICAL TRIAL results should be with us by 6th of AUG at latest..and 2. ALZHEIMER Disease Test update sometime in AUG.

For both Sets..Cv19 TEST and AD Test we are due news on our commercial partners/manufacturer's aswell

Right now our m/c is some £15m....i believe phasefocus along with our cash balance ( £2m+ ) alone is worth more than current market ....

Above mentioned 4 tests are just the tip of the iceberg..as PARAYTEC tech will be capable to form different kind of tests..from all other Cancers to other Disease's...all will be needed is bit of tweaking .....TECH is there ( PARAYTEC )..BRAINS are there ( CARL )..

Market will wake up soon or later...and TRUE valuation will be reflected in our shareprice ...for now PATIENCE is required..markets have been bad in general across the board ..we are not alone...our time is coming soon ( fingerscrossed ). What should give many confidence is m/c of our competitors, some are sitting at £100m+ £200m+ even £300m+...in this day and age with LEADING MARKET cv19 TEST on two fronts...SPEED and ACCURACY ...£15m m/c for brh is a JOKE!!

Cv19 test project started for us some 14 mths back..now we are at CLINICAL/FINAL stage ..just hold it in there for bit longer...we shall get there together..

Most of us who invested some 14mth/18mth's back have already enjoyed 42.75p special DIVI..i have no doubt once our tech/tests are proven and SALES start..we will be given many more DIVIDENDS..thats if PARAYTEC isnt overtaken..in which case we could be looking at getting much BIGGER dividend than we got last time ( 42.75p ).

To be honest right now i have other concerns.....someone on twitter ( diamond hourse ) mentioned placing coming....

That made me think...and i have been pondering over that...

TB sold at around 42p something like 1.3m shares ..we are struggling to break this current range......when ever we are getting buys.....its being sold into....TB has played this well....he knows whats coming....i ask myself he sold at 60p etc fair play....price was reasonable......but selling at 42p.....one has to ask questions and motives behind it....

I as most of you know am very very positive kind of person i dont let negativity get to me.......but i am going to be honest....something dont seem right ..right now.......hence i have cut back on my posting....confidence is low....second guessing what TB is playing at doesn't help...

By the way i looked at diamond horses history.....i know this guy is a shorter and bashes alot.....but to be fair he called his last two placings spot on.....normally i would have ignored it.....as bashers/trolls...spout placing all the time.....but having seen mm's manipulating shareprice in recent times......one wonders.....

Slowly slowly...we will get there...

Right now VOLUMES are low across the board ...especially on cv19 test shares...remember all of our peers have had their chance.....we still havent....we are putting FINAL touches to our TEST.....

i have a feeling mm's are working on a SELL order and that its on last legs.....

The reason why they are not TICKING us up....is because they want to take SELL out at low price....i.e under 40p....( just guessing ).....if true...then we should move back up towards mid 40's in no time.....ahead of.....FIRSTLY ...final set of clinical trial results...and then launch of ALZ disease test.......inbetween...we could get PARTNER news...for both....AD test and/or CV19 test...
