Imo the problem right now is not TOWER.... it's assets...or it's POTENTIAL...we all know where this is heading after being derisked on Monday...NORTHWARDS.......problem is traders trading thislaying the swings and some negative posters causing nuisance.....from experience the one who has the last laugh is the one who holds through turbelance times......example...those who held tightly from 0.12-0.15 range are now sitting in hefty profits...or some having sold for 300% profit....TOWER is on the cusp now...m/c is low at £7m.....see through these swings/traders etc...when next rns comes.....you should be REWARDED immensely....300% rise seen so far from the liws to 0.05..will look miniature

The so called warrants are only 1.7billion....most of these were given instead of salaries...... assuming all warrants are cashed ... we will have some extra cash in coffers...main point...Market normally looks at x4 number of new shares to churn through...in this case....1.7billion x 4 = 6.8billion.....we have already traded over 15.5 billion....so right now that wouldn't be a problem......another key point....not warrants will be sold......cash them out.....keep for mega profits in times ahead.....

Dusterinmong.......kever is a holder...he is not deramping.....like many....he is just telling how he sees it.....nothing wrong with that.....its good to debate on valid points....he can be right in what he says....as it has been difficult in the past....to get this CAMEROON asset moving.....so one can take cautious approach.....we all know....stake will be under 50%....we will have controlling stake...question we differ on is percentage giveaway....i still think it can be less than 40%...maybe not close to 15%...nevertheless less than 40%......kever does make a good point in...saying...who in right mind...would give away...$15m for only 15%....to that....i can only say......where there is POTENTIAL there is VALUE...remember we will be going in production in short-time.....dont have to wait years and years....so this PARTY whi is already in production ,,,could easily afford say 15% for $15m....possibly tied in with other FUTURE DRILLS....we can only speculate.....these are my thoughts only can be wrong.

Kever....i agree....the RUMOUR might not be true...there is no-way to verify it.....but giving away lets say 15% stake...is feasible...as it clearly states in the rns..... " Receipt of a proposal to finance the NJOM-3 well via farm-out of a minority interest" ..... 15% can easily be classed as minority i.e small stake....

We won't know how much of stake we will give away until we are told via rns.....15% 20% 30% all the way to 49%....minority does suggest its more towards 15% than 49%.....we await and see....GL

After yesterdays rise....somewhat retrace was expected....this 33% odd drop is overdone...and MANIPULATED imo...when the mm's take this back up....they wont give you a WARNING...they will just do it....remember how...they took us UP yesterday from 0.03 to 0.04 towards the end....in this game....things can MOVE rapidly UP and DOWN....now that we have had this drop ( consolidation/balancing the books )...we should move NORTHWARDS swiftly...

Is it me or are some playing 5%-10% swings...if they are...HOPE ...when this rns lands....they are on otherside of their trade...and they BUY back after MASSIVE GAP-UP......no-one can rule out RNS tomorrow morning....remember PROPOSAL is on TOWERS desk....can be signed of anytime....even whilst i am TYPING......very very risky being out of this OVERNIGHT...each to their own

My target price be4 SPUD = 0.20...be4 that would have meant x5 ( from 0.04 levels ) .....now....all thats happened....is you can make x6 ...instead x5 .....WIN WIN both ways.....retrace/drops dont mean anything...if one is MED/LONGTERM holder....

Some of these guys would do anything to get lower entry price...even if that meant selling their grandma's..

Volume..is still HIGH....15 BILLION traded in under 2 days....WOW....thats almost ENTIRE number of shares in ISSUE!!!!

So lets assume its VALI.....thats good as CONFIRMED....next question is whats holding us up...from announcing as such.....my thinking is...once FINANCE/DEAL is not in place...nothing is GUARANTEED...Borr will want some kind of up payments....this is where J/V partner comes in and hence PROPOSAL.....once this or any other OFFER is accepted we will be TOLD via rns......this is the reason why i think rather than getting 2/3 rns's....we will get ONE BIG JUICY one......now next question is when could we get this update?.....again my thoughts only.....RIG isnt the problem...thats good as signed up ( providing its VALI )...whats holding us back is....this J/V DEAL.....here the problem again wont be the TIME...as PROPOSAL has already been given by ONE PARTY.....if we was to go with this PARTY after TWEEKING a little for better deal for ourselves....i can not see this dragging on for more than few wks...only way i see things dragging on a bit is if....2nd/3rd PARTY get involved as this will mean more BIDS/COUNTER BIDS...this scenario will suit us more...as we will be in better negotiation position and will have upper hand..albeit this might mean slightly longer time for that RNS.....this shouldnt bother us....as we wont be drilling till Q1 2025.....all in all....its looking very very good......we can guess all we like ...like i have said previously..many can be get caught on wrong foot ( traders ) if we get unexpected rns when one least expects it....

KEVER ... for me its not 100% yet...but good to see...that report....it LINES with our DRILL...more importantly as i have outlined...timeline for both US and them has changed from Q4 2024 to Q1 2025...so YES...VALI is looking more like it.....

I want to DRAW your intention to PAGE 10...VALI in "Contract Prep" status.....crucially look at the START date of this POTENTIAL contract...its moved from Q4 2024 to....Q1 2025....this has changed exactly like our TIMELINE has changed....i am not saying its a GIVEN....but chances are HIGH we could be that all important AFRICAN partner for that DRILL....time will tell....even if its not VALI.....we have other options now.....CHEAPER the better....not that we will pay most of the costs...that will be down to J/V partner...

Trick is get in EARLY....buy low sell HIGH....luckily TOWER is at the start of RE-RATE...so many who have bought in the HIGH....will be in PROFIT soon once dust settles and or we have consolidated at current levels...yesterday we was stuck at 0.03 for ages...then BOOOM....we touched 0.05 today........same could be seen again once consolidation period is over...in stock market PATIENCE is key in WINNING....one should not chase blindly....dyor be4 buying...otherwise naysayers will make you sell at loss as they were when we was sitting at 0.013 on friday...KNOW your STOCK/SHARE....dont fall for bashers trap...

Proposal has been received...now its down to us....if we take them up or not....if we dont....that means...better deal partners out-there.....good for TOWER to be in POWERFUL position for once....BALL is in our COURT...we will dictate who to partner with and at what terms....some have put offers on the table...others will ADD.....

Reason why these guys are falling over each other...is due to HUGE POTENTIAL in Cameroon....more or less straight to PRODUCTION....opportunities like these come rarely...hence INTEREST on many FRONTS...
