BTW the FCA are fully aware of SOUND and Parson. Seems they have had many calls from PIs. Mind you the FCA are like a dog with no teeth. USELESS

Good post medi111. Succinct and to the point. I think Mr. Parson is now on a bumpy road to nowhere. There is no doubt this is one if not the biggest AIM flops to date. I think it best he considers another career as NO ONE is likely to invest in anything that he plays a crucial role in administrating.

The evidence of his past few years RAMPFESTING, captured by many is likely to come back and haunt him. Journalist and others are likely to have a field day with Mr. Parsons

Why should he enjoy the salary and lifestyle of a millionaire, after what he has orchestrated? On ADVFN, many, including myself will be voting this deal down and asking for Mr. Parson to be removed from his post.

Evening JTF. I am 68k down. I will never see that money returned, not as part of this deal for sure.

I' am no fool for sure, and did my research as best I could, but Mr. Parson has most definitely kissed the blarney and scammed many genuine hard-working people into risking more money in this company than they should have. In hindsight, I am not sure all of his tactics were legal. Time will out him for what he really is.

My view is this, he is no better than a common thief. He just used a different vehicle/tactics to prise money out of our pockets and it to his. His actions are going to come back and bite him, for sure

I would also say that he/the company placed the disciples on many of the investment BBs to further assure many of us about dreams in the Sands and to stay with the program.

I find it strange how much of is past comms materials seem to be disappearing from online searches. It makes you think he has been up to no good and is covering his tracks, knowing that he going to be investigated. A good investigative journalist will be sure to give him some sleepless nights.

I will be voting against this deal. I will also be asking that Mr. Parson be removed from his post as soon as possible. This man is an utter disgrace for the way he has acted, his inflated remuneration, and his contempt for us PIs

Something smells about this new deal as well, and I would not put it past JP to part of that chain. A few years down the line we hear JP was in on the deal with the JV Company.

Well, I have jumped over from ADVFN to say I will give you support. £68k down the pan and not a glimmer of hope that I will get much of my monies back now or in the future.

This current deal is dreadful and the PIs will get ZERO return. SOUND will simply go bust over time or be diluted out of the game altogether, not to mention the other tricks that the JV partners might play. And how do we know for sure that JP is not the ring leader in all of this? SCANDALOUS

Yet, as I type this, James Parson, the man who orchestrated this demise in the SP still takes home a very generous salary each month to add to the millions he has already taken from the company.

It really is beyond the understanding of many ordinary people, that he is still the CEO of Sound after the last RNS. Any other CEO would have resigned. What a COMPLETE FAILURE.

If there is one thing I want to see, and if your cause can champion this, I want this man outed to the general public, so they can read what he did. He is no different than that of a door to door scammer, who cons elderly people out of the pension monies on the promises of this and that. The public/authorities need to know about him, his lies and his ramping.

If we do nothing, JP will continue to treat us with contempt and slap us in the face, as he takes his monthly salary, and likely carries out similar actions with the other companies he is linked with.

I think he is hoping that matters will calm down given time and people will simply forget what he has done. WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.
