Doubt it matters whether sell/buy. However, look at the bid/ask website differences, for the trade, could be that it was an order being filled over the day if not, I'd say it was a 'buy'... the trade price was higher than the last price listed in real-time.

@Fraya, I'm waiting for it to get into the 51s at which point I'll feel confident enough to switch to a daily glances and just let it take care of itself. I don't have an exit strategy just now as I feel that an exit price is difficult to quantify. I'm just going to sit tight and see what happens in the coming months.

In the theory of my mind, I think we have a clear run into the 51s now, but as always dyor and make your own mistakes and don't mirror mine hehe

I'll most likely be popping in here less if things go well tomorrow, but it won't be 'goodbye'. I'm going mth/lth here now. My only concern is some sort of engineered confrontation at that airport or engineered civil unrest in that country, where stars and stripes is sending out more groundsmen and is making things fly over the heads of the weirdy-beardies. None of them have any regard whatsoever to global markets!

I like to imagine that II's opened a short to hedge against a long, perhaps at around December 2019 onward, and now sell small increments at low under-cutting sp's to gently close their shorts. I am looking forward to see what happens tomorrow, I have a befitting tv show theme tune ready to go... imho any damage would likely come from a confrontation at the airport in that recently topical country.

The awful contracts are hopefully pretty much history, they'll take the hit and move on. They appear to be cash rich and have contracts awarded which are viewable on bidstats website. Moreover, they are hopefully due a re-rate by the market. The best bit, imho, is that they are now reportedly actively reviewing contracts on a monthly basis, as indicated on the COST.L BB on advfn, with a view to ditch crappy contracts and source better ones. So, I am hoping for a decent re-rate in the sp with confirmation of what I have noted as my hopeful view above, although I have no idea how much re-rate may result. DYOR.
