@ the time it was the best Way of getting their dosh back ,I think they had a lock in period ,that must have lapsed now !

Not 2 sure about the strike price ! I personally i don't think there's any restriction on exercisable price ,as they are getting turned into ordinary shares now ! But worth checking with the company .
My take is they were given the warrants @ the same time as the fundraise @ the same price 0.030 they are liquid and trade able as of tomorrow IMO

Are you sure ? My take on a 12 month orderly market agreement ,is that Barclays can drip feed over a 12 month period I.e . Not dump all at once but over a 12 month period ! Peel might not be 2 happy about it ,cos they had total control ! Enter Barclays into the mix and you have some head wind on the Dump side IMO !
