Hyperthetically ( virgin and stobart buying shares through investment vehicles Friday and onwards till the vote ) trying to secure the 75% threshold needed ,once secure and motion passed all other shares 25% come @ 1p.
Last thing Virgin and Stobart want is Administration IMO could get very messy and very long drawn out !with bidders for bits of the company IMO not a shareholder but wish you all the best .

The lower Mods sp goes Mtrs valuation diminishes too ( as for Mods fundraising , could prove a little tricky with the capitulation of the share price . Copper price ain't helping either , Drill results and assays slowed right down from the ( Turbo Charged that we were led to believe ) I'm going for the 0.7 p to 0.8p region for a possible buy in . Incompetent towards shareholder interests , feathering their own nests with directorships , Fca should look into this out fit ! Their performance has been very poor indeed , for the integrity of the A1m exchange as a whole , someone with authority should look into this outfit to see where their interests actually lye .
