The caf/pembridge website is playing up a bit at the moment so may be being worked on. In fact it must be as home page says Pembridge and all other info still says CAF. Why would the RNS not have been released already about the name change/GM ? Maybe waiting 'til website all updated OR maybe they have a lot to tell us.....guessing both .... :)

Have a feeling it wont be just a name change one. Would have been issued by now.

Was just a thought...could be something else pops up in the meantime.

Would the rto have to go through now we are a different entity ? Or is there a way out of it ?
