i haven't bought any shares or shorted RR- i am against shorting - its morally wrong in my view.

i just believe - hence why i have given a view that the price will be much lower and a better buying opportunity for everyone- and i am waiting for that opportunity- Buying RR shares sub 200 or maybe even sub 100 is a once in a lifetime opportunity- wont happen again i doubt.

lets face it we are all in this to trade and make profit - people have a optimistic view which is fine of 350-450-550 in a month but even these people must face reality that this will not happen anytime soon.

example shipping - what a joke - RR have their own shipping department- after that they have a logistics department- after that they have a procurement department- after that they have another shipping and logistics department in North america- after than they then finally have a freight forwarder. 5 departments doing 1 job.

so when things go well nobody pays attention - now they are in the S H I T all these jobs need to go and they need to go back to basics.

Rolls Royce- you need to totally re shape your staffing levels and get rid of this dead wood.

the people who matter are on the shop floor who have engineering degrees and design and make the products- without them they have no business.

Senior management have alot to answer for growing this monster which is now out of control- such a shame to see this great BRITISH company going to S H I T because of poor managements decisions at Director and senior management levels !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
