The nearest island in the Bahamas is only 30 miles from Cuba and on the Western side only 50 miles from Miami.

I live in Nassau, this is the base you want. The real Bahamas is the outer islands but best to visit rather than base yourself. A boat is essential. 700 islands and Cays so plenty to explore.

MarkyMark I am afraid that number quoted was before the share dilution. Over 6x as many shares now so that price would only represent less than 50p.
However over £500 mil has been raised so add 35p value per share for that. So 80p roughly in my mind.
At that point you also have to consider that the funding could have fallen through and the company could be bankrupt which is why the price was so low at that price.
Things have changed considerably over the last 6 weeks and it is hard to compare pricing.

Ghost, everywhere is within 2 miles of the beach in the Bahamas. Outside of a gated community $500,000 - $1m. Inside a gated community £1.5m to $50m.
I am a developer, currently doing a 21 home gated community on a lake. We start at $1.6m to $3.5m 4 bed minimum.

My exit price to get my stake back would be around £2.80 or IPO value then hold the rest for the £8.50 I mentioned earlier in my Ferrari analogy.

Not trying to be a ramper just giving my opinion based on my research and knowledge.

Fiesta, my reasoning is that I will be incredibly surprised if the AGM information isn’t positive therefore it goes to reason that the share price will rise above 60p
