There’s a little headroom remaining from the last raise; if all goes well with the share price, I don’t doubt Craig and the board will use it, but I imagine they will want to see 4.5pence before they use this option. That’s also when warrants kick in on an acceleration, so to answer it.....
If the sp doesn’t reach 4.5p by beginning of Q3, then a raise including a new prospectus will be forthcoming. If the sp hits 4.5p, then a 20% Mcap raise will no doubt pop up, which will then see us through to 75% ownership of Wudinna
If the sp gets to 4.5, then it’ll mean we are making progress, at which point, I think CM will announce the prospect of defining the IOCG targets with more than just a cursory soil sample, but the diamond drill, given the granite structures.

This is a small part of my reason behind trying to build a Tr1 core group, and that isn’t just a little fly in the air causing annoyance to CM and the board, but a group of flies which have some credence and weight.
Currently CM probably isn’t too happy with me because I have had to correct them on their website on multiple occasions recently, which hasn’t been corrected despite acknowledgement it’s incorrect. Shows that the eye is in another ball, hopefully results!

I topped up today; took a wee slice off an oil and gas stock which had given me 40% since December, but not quite the chunk you and Bitcoin threw in.
I’m awaiting a Jorc from a graphite mine this month which should yield another slice too, so will keep topping up at these levels.

No drama. Sorry if it came across blunt; it wasn’t meant that way. We have so many times had to point this out over the last year, but the SP and mcap do nothing to prevent the assumption from propagating.
I might add that ST may have a couple of data points incorrect in his post. Don’t wish to dampen his enthusiasm- far from it. Our JV was suspended for 3-5 days and ended up with an mcap increase of $20m when trading halt was lifted, not the £40-50m uplift.
And please can you point out the 97g/t? If that’s there and I’ve missed it, then I should’ve been buying more myself!!

To be honest; I scaled into Ccz and jumped out last week on a steady rise; I only left 50,000 in there, so gutted I missed the big bounce this morning.
I’m sticking here and gradually scaling in on top slices as and when.
I made plenty of gains last year, lost plenty, and called it too soon on lots....but here....well I’m sat still and not shifting down or scaling out for years. No point as I’m a CM fan, like others.
Here’s hoping for that tidy result delivered with a little Heddle-like pazzazz

On other matters, I thought I would reflect on something. 2020 was a terrible year for many number of reasons. Agreed?
I’m invested in Ccz and they delivered some pretty poor results in (I think) November. Yet today, they have hit the jackpot, according to some. What is interesting is that the son of MD bought shares before poor RNS; not many, but some.
Short version of what I’m trying to say is that everyone gets bad results; but if I were going to get any bad results, as an MD, I’d want to deliver them in the worst year, put them behind us and move forward. Consign them to the bad year, so to speak, leaving them in history.
Have we had similar here. Naturally to suggest manipulation of results would be wrong of me, and I’m not suggesting this, but there are ways of prioritising QC process etc.
Call me cynical, but I’m hoping that we may see similarities between Cobr and Ccz, where it’s inevitable that there’s going to be a dud at some point.

Good luck with your investment; this share is in sticky hands in the main, so when it’s in demand, it’ll fly, but likewise it suffers when not.
That said, it’s results driven now - and with the DFS out later this year and a term sheet already in place for £20m, what is not to like.
Bert is a quality guy and is a great representative of the business.

When we think about all the others like Shelley, Dan, Curn, wraith, Heathfield to name a few...I can’t see us needing more than 20 investors to get to 10%.
