Doubt anyone here can reply to a title “ Advice.” They’d have to be professional with indemnity and all that goes with it. Plus, I certainly wouldn’t let anything on any of these boards influence your decision making, including what I’m writing here pmsl. I’m down around 11%, and I expect to at a minimum get all my stake out. I’m hoping for 12p either outright buyout or including the special payment. Only my very hopeful opinion, not advice!

As per rns 03/22. Work commenced on houses, and wash plant to be installed before end Q2 in 2022. Good grief, how big are the houses? They could have built The Shard! The wash plant is only 9 months late and still not up and running!

Okay BV, as your username has the word balanced I expect a reply with no innuendo, sarcasm or other. The price hasn’t reached 0.9 as I recall, although it did reach a penny in February. The reason I didn’t throw everything in at that point, was the same reason the price was at 1p. The side track failed! The side track has now been successfully drilled as per rns, so now there’s less chance of failure. Obviously imho. Please respond without trying to decipher any motives. I have none.

Thanks for the replies all. Funny, I’ve been installing gas boilers for almost 40 years now, and never questioned where the gas came from or how it got there. Whilst I appreciate WG is a bit of a de ramper of sorts I don’t mind perusing his? posts along with the few other security guards. Most of theirs seem to stem more around the financial side rather than the technical issues. The way I see it, if we’re patient, and the side track produces decent amounts of gas the financial issues become negligible. Does that sound about right? Basically a coin toss at this stage, or unfortunately as my history deems, red or black! I’ve held off going all in, as the SP has been slowly dropping, but am on the cusp of throwing the kitchen sink at it.

Probably been covered, but have the other failed side tracks ever got this far before failing? If so, anyone shed any light on why?

As many have stated, the return is unlikely to be in the form of a dividend for reasons I don’t quite grasp. I have to be honest with myself and reckon the SP is what it is because the market has valued it there. In the event of any repayment I expect the SP to drop by the same amount. Only my opinion, maybe there’s an outside chance of uplift pre payout, but I’d rather have a buyout and walk away. At the right price lol.

The only reason this chat has become a handbag swinging comp is due to lack of communication from the board. We need confirmation things are progressing toward one decision or another. Shareholder return was stated as first quarter, just because CA cancelled the meeting, it hasn’t negated the statement, and HUR haven’t confirmed so. Let’s have some news.

Wash plant 3-4 weeks plus commission from rns 03/02, so news Friday or Monday? They’ve probably been piling up ready for the big switch on.

TBH I’m getting impatient now. I appreciate there’s plenty of dd both ways for an fsp, but you’d think we’d get an update. Especially with the bed of the first quarter looming. Having said that, the closer it is to the end of the month, the more likely I feel there’s a deal about to be announced. Let’s hope it’s a cash offer, and no messing around with stick in another company or price based on results/ permits etc.

Lol. As with all aim releases it’s never good enough. Plenty of buyers early on, which unfortunately means plenty of sellers. We’ve been low for so long it may take a week or two. I’m a lot happier now though than I have been. Who’s organising the 5p summer party in the park?
