Theresa May gets confirmed things will move forward. The sector was due a rerate anyway due to the bell ends down south with their overstretched mortgages and over inflated prices. In 2008 the builders were calling for between 15 & 25% reductions in all on going and future contracts from suppliers with longer payment terms too. Anyone not falling in line quickly disappeared. I took these at just over a pound and Bdev for about 85p and never looked back. Great long term prospect the builders now. Judge your own bottom and fill your boots.
