The initial phase of the project is still expected to be worth approximately 24m per annum to Westminster........
If news lands confirming the above long term contract (initial phase 24m!), Id expect at least 55p open. The herd arrive, some of which will be buying for future contracts pushing us up to the 1 mark, then the slicers and traders take us back to the 70p area. The papers run with the new deals being struck with the ME area, throw in a pic of Mrs May, and a nice big aeroplane and some sandy beaches, and the previously sceptical iis buy for a nice capital gain before the dividends filter through.
A nice settle area around 80/90p p/e around 8 to 10 by the end of the week. A few phases over the next twelve months, and nearer to 1.50. All supposition and guess work, but I think reasonably conservative IF we land the first phase. Once landed and investors are sat on big gains, there would be no reason to doubt any future bolt ons.
