Why would Havoc cancel 100m warrants at 2p in exchange for 35m at 2p? Only reason I can think is they now see the sp going substantially higher? Anyone any ideas?

I’m more of the persuasion that any rns would (or should imho) be released confirming its now January. Maybe Shelf have made a booboo with the announcement, but the bod should confirm it. The news would affect the price imho, so an rns is warranted. 130 days rig rental with options gives Sirius until end of April/early May to get it together production wise, and push the sp. The low NPV with oil at $65 is worth around $32mil to us, so sp should reflect that. The rumour mill last spring was that there will be a significant increase to the CPR, so it’s cross your fingers for the coin toss time. I’ll top up on any weakness, but there’s better plays for the next four weeks, again, imho.
