It looks as if you may be right with regards to 'MM's triggering investors 'stops'.
I think they are purely gambling that they can acquire more shares than they
have to sell at the lower prices.

Whereas I was somewhat under-impressed by the 'JM' interview today,
I feel the Martin Creamer article posted by Alfacomp replaced my initial
disappointment with a sense of extreme wellbeing.
