That is not the general consensus of the majority of long-term
holders on that board.
They see the order of process as thus,(and I follow their thought process).
Once (IF) the Directors have agreed a selling price with the buyer(s)
it will be announced to the shareholders via an RNS for approval.
Once announced the MM's will suspend all trading in Eua shares immediately
if Rns is released during the trading day for a short period of
perhaps ten or fifteen minutes while they adjust the shareprice
to approx five or ten percent below offer price.
If the Rns is released outside of trading hours the next day price
will open at the new price.
All trading of Eua shares during the remaining take over procedures
will carry on as usual.
It will be up to the individual as to wether they sell at a slightly reduced
rate or hang on for the full offer price.
Some will obviously sell and others will hang in till the end.
Only time will tell how things progress.

If you thimk that you dumping 3m shares tomorrow will make a
difference somewhere you are very much mistaken.
There are plenty of buyers out there who are willing to
buy at or near these prices.
I personnally topped up by more than that today.
Will it be the right decision?...Only time will tell but if I didn't have faith in the
company and where they are going I wouldn't have bothered.
For now they sit in the bottom drawer waiting to turn a profit.
How long will that take? I don't know but then again, no-one
on this board does either. :~)

Chris2 tried so hard to deramp yesterday morning with regards to 'The interview' that
I decided to make time and have a look for myself.
Result....I topped up at lunchtime with 1m shares (shown in red).

They will take them no problem.
