Just a point, the $ 426,million figure is cash, bullion on hand, receivables for sale assets, actual cash at the bank was $395 million this was at the 31st March before the dividend payment of $115 million. So take the dividend out this leaves $280 million in the bank plus anything accumulated from the 1st April which with low production will not be a lot. They might not even pay a interim dividend.

I feel I have lost confidence and trust in the management, and there;'s no guarentee new guidence will be met and could annouce another profits warning later in the year. Also Acaica and Randgold having to deal with new minning codes because Tanzania and DRC goverments wanting a bigger share of the pie could this esculate to more Africian countrys including Egypt!. �1.80, �1.90 is just a distant memory now and i think it will be a few years befor we see those figures again so i think come tuesday i shall looking to sell up for time being.

But I am with Broker Interactive investor and use their credit facility this lets you borrow up to the same amount as you have in shares & cash. So basically used to the max ( which I do and could buy a house with ) you are open to double the risk. If the same scenario happen as with Arcadia ( heaven forbids ) I would be in big trouble, and one reason at lease for selling the amount in my credit facility.
