In simplistic terms, if you work out that over a given timeframe, when Baron’s share price rises, then your investment will rise in value. If this share price falls, your investment value also falls. There is a direct relationship between share price and value of investment.

I reckon 150% stamp duty is fair on all properties purchased for rentals, to include second homes, or more.
Basically, any home not lived in full time by the buyer should be hammered by lots of taxes.
House flippers also should be similarly hammered.

Landlords and house flippers have caused the economic crash, let them pay for it all.

Oh and stamp duty at 80% on more than one property purchases.

Zero stamp duty on all sole property purchases, intended only for the buyer to live in.

Hammer landlords!
