Wonder when we’ll get the updated ACF report ? - this should give the SP a boost as it did the last time .

Someone mentioned EUA on the GGP bb.......but remember noting it at 0.5p a year earlier did some research and bought in Oct 19 after banks Rns , watched the Dmitry interview @Nov19 and saw SP drop from 4p to 2p but luckily for me that’s when I bought heavily.
Not sure if there’ll ever be another EUA or GGP but you can never rule it out !

Got NT to buy last few mins on HL but can sell 28.5 ......

Bid has been slowly rising .......we know EUA loves a Friday after hours RNS.
Hopefully get ACF report by this weekend !

Accordingly, a circular would be published by the Company and the transaction would be conditional on the consent of the Company's shareholders being given in a general meeting.

That's the biggest hint from the BOD where this is heading without actually saying "SOLD" !

Totally agree with you there.
The Dmitry Interview gave me increased confidence in this company and its assets and having researched the calibre and background of BOD(some big heavyweights eg James Nieuwenhuys ), is when I invested much more.

Last RNS gave huge hints where we are.........been here since Oct 19 but no way as long as the BOD & other LTH - they are astute and have the kind of patience not many have.

These two comments from last RNS are imo significant :

Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are committed to maximising the value for all the shareholders, and we are delighted to have received a proposal from a credible party that could allow us to pay a significant dividend to all shareholders."

James Nieuwenhuys, CEO and Managing Director of Eurasia commented:"we are enthusiastic to advance a potential deal that provides an opportunity to monetise the value to Eurasia's shareholders."

Obviously UBS and DLA will have done due diligence checked of the "Credible Party" - we are the last stages now as Mac has said - Just got to wait for the "Circular" - Voting will be done for the AGM(which is by the end of June latest).

TMS isn't short - he is part of a team - working in conjunction with MM's to get you to sell - they need orders filling but have limited stock - time is running out for them!

Looking forward to updated ACF report - this has to come pretty quick - possibly by weekend as news via RNS could come before !
