Number of bondholders has not changed but one or more bondholder has converted 5 bonds ( 2028 )
There hasn't been any noticeable forward selling activity lately.
If it was a single bondholder who converted and no selling but they hold, its 42.5m shares , which is a 4.7% notifiable interest and a TR-1 required.
Old hard copy Mobil era CC data "found" in some storage boxes was very fortunate timing , inference being Exxon may have supplied. Just , too much of just a coincidence that one , for me. XTO Energy a subsidiary of ExxonMobil also fits the descriptions used of large oil company , established energy company and reference to "This group has done substantial technical due diligence to date". " This group " Do we get XTO Energy locally and ExxonMobil backup.
Bring it on.

Guess JVP may have waited for this ruling before commiting
Arthur Millholland, President and CEO commented: "As one can see we have a number of things going on, all being undertaken by a relatively small staff. What is most important is that we are progressing with our plan as outlined earlier in the year. We are very excited about the Frontier 1 recompletions at Cole Creek. This information was in hard files in storage when our Atomic affiliate bought these assets from the previous operator. We believe that Atomic had not reviewed these files making it likely the opportunity had been missed. We will begin recompletion and testing in December. " - believe previous operator was Exxon Mobil
Shaa weren't implying I was in the know but referencing yesterday's lift in the SP which seemed to indicate positivity towards anticipated appointment. But alas no RNS. Maybe not happening as pointed out - Purchaser sold all the equity shares , why should they be entitled to an NED nomination. I'd prefer Anavio have no more Board influence.
Or thinking outside the box , Art so close to closing JV agreement and issuing bond buy back option , hence no new Anavio NED. Agree with Stas20 Art remains in charge in the background , Cowan & Ryan remain loyal submissive yes men.
No one trusts you Fastfood - you and your other slime balls now slowly shifting the emphasis on to a Hold / Long position.
When you lose the 5p wager , you won't make a £ 500 charitable donation .
Morals of a skunk !
Be so interesting to know the answer to your queries Tiburn on these confidential wells.
Remember the Transcript of the meeting between COPL management & SAS in May 2023. extract - " there was one part of this thing that we could not do from a technical basis and that was until err this year which has been completed and so thats been done to reach the last piece of the puzzle and we answered it for them so all this relates to the end game of getting to where we gonna go "
Reckon it was these confidential wells and Art wants true value for assets from JV negotiations. If not from this JVP from other interested parties.
True value - then I'll forgive him
Thanks Tiburn but I was referencing COPL America's current status , as stated on our website :-
COPL America Inc. ( an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of COPL )
" Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited (COPL) announced, in March 16, 2021, the completion of the acquisition
by COPL America Inc. ( an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of COPL ) of Atomic Oil and Gas (LLC) that includes its wholly owned subsidiaries Pipeco LLC and Southwestern Production Corp. (SWP). "
