I use Interactive investor they don't know anything about the AGM & Special meeting on 30th May 2023.

I was told they rely on the services of a third party in this regard but have not received any notification about the meeting from them.

2024 bonds rns 17/2 said 50 outstanding
2025 bonds rns 7/3 said 43 outstanding
new bonds rns 20/3 $13.6m @ 200k clips is 68 outstanding
total bonds outstanding 161 which gives 394m if all converted.
warrants 54m plus new warrants 70m = possible 124 m shares ( $10 m into the coffers )
when SL is retired SL gets 6% , currently 19m shares

existing shares in issue 316m +394+124+19 = 853m shares excl. interest payment conversions.
